I've never seen you a day in my life, but the application is well written, detail oriented, and doesn't raise any concerns as to why you shouldn't be staff. I could see fit to give this a +1, don't disappoint me.

The only issues I've had with you is your tendency to say things off-the-handle about people who you have a bad encounter with, whether it be in a report or in a roleplay scenario; should you manage to control your tongue and avoid being disrespectful, racist, and/or demeaning to members of our community & staff team moving forward, I have no problems with you being staff again. +1

Description: Add a distance meter or icon on the map (similar to Delivery Locations or Hit/Bounty distance meters) to your stolen printer. Reasoning: If you've ever played DarkRP and had your base raided, you know that stolen printers are a bear to recover. Simply because once someone takes it and claims it, you have to go from base to base to base looking for the guy who stole it before you can get back to the grind, (by means of begging, paying, or raiding to destroy it.) I am suggesting a way of recovering your printer, either initiated by command or immediately after a printer is stolen, add a distance meter or icon that can be seen through the walls to help you pinpoint that pesky printer so you can raid the base it's in and get it back. Additional Information: Immediate con that come to mind is that a notification or prompt that comes up immediately or is visible through walls might annoy people, if that is the case you could make it command initiated. Open to feedback and discussion, just find that many users get frustrated when they get raided and can't get their printers back because they don't know where they are. Thank you.

A report was made with this screenshot on you, we had been dealing with players making "child p-rn" textscreens, comments, and various other references throughout the night. You should be well aware of the legal and moral impact of putting "kids" and "sex" in the same sentence, let alone making accusations against people with no proof to back up your claims. I attempted to speak with you about the situation, but you went AFK. Should administration accept this appeal for being inadequate proof to warrant a ban for this offense; Be sure to avoid making such actions within the server upon your return. Thank you.

(RDM x2/ARDMx1) even though your friend knew very well that I was trying to help fix the base, (You can see my efforts in chat.) Unfortunately, my hard drive has become full and did not save my clip, but through screenshots I feel I have enough evidence to help piece together the details and events that led to your ban. You were a hitman basing with a citizen in the tunnel outside of slums. (Hitmen can only base by themselves, and their base can only act as a hub for accepting/completing hits.) I had taken a report for failbase, which was because your friend (GoldNova) had keypads that only held open for 2 seconds. You were already killed by the raiding party and decided to break NLR. (see screenshots) When you returned, you had your friend hold open the fading doors and let you mop the floor with all 3 of the raiders and me. See below the screenshots of kill logs done to one of the raiders (all I could recover in screenshot format, but establishes the scene fairly well.) Notice that you broke NLR to kill nukes again, this was the point that you killed everyone inside the base. (as you admitted in your post.) This is the point where I started speaking with you about the mass RDM, at which time you insisted there was a KOS sign, which I looked and did not see, until a moment later when your friend re-added the sign; (a sign you cannot even enforce as you can't base with a citizen.) All things considered, I believe this should prove that there was a reason for me to pull you aside, after killing 4 players inside the base and breaking NLR all while I was trying to bring your friend's base up to compliance with the rules. The reason you were banned for the "stupid" reason of Unintentional Mass RDM was because you were unaware of the rules, your friend removed the KOS sign you claimed to have existed in the past, and you said it was your mistake in our sit. I gave you a shorter ban because I felt you were honestly unaware of your actions and there was no intent to harm. The sit had everything to do with you and your friend, the report was made for failbase, which means that your friend's base did not meet the standards written within the rules, (having a keypad that lasts 2 seconds instead of 6) The proven violation of the New Life Rule and your admittance to basing as a hitman with a citizen, using his KOS sign, and having printers inside is more than enough to warrant a NITRP ban at the very least, but I do feel the provided evidence along with your own statements and confessions in your post should more than suffice to keep the ban in place. I will leave it up to the administration team to decide, should this mere technicality of my software not saving the video showing you blatantly breaking the rules get your ban shortened or removed, consider it a second chance and be sure to read over the server rules upon your return, whether now or in 7 days, thank you.

ACCEPTED In order for a gang war to be used as means to kill other players, both Leaders must make valid adverts, one to propose the war and one to accept the proposal. Since only half of these logs were recovered, I am unable to determine if the Gang War was properly initiated, and therefore, unable to prove if you actually Mass RDMed. In response to the accusation of homophobia in his adverts, the term he used was "maggot," which has been around for quite some time and is commonly reference someone as an insect. -Denied- From what I have read here and the individual conversations I've had with the involved staff members, It seems that there was a report made initially to get this base owner removed from their doors, after which you allegedly claimed them and demanded the previous owner's base-mates & props be removed. Yes, owning the doors would make the base yours under normal circumstances, but if a staff member was responsible for the removal of the base ownership with an active report, the base (and contents) aren't just up for grabs to the first random joe who runs up and presses F2 on them. -Denied- Unfortunately, while this player was breaking rules, it's not your responsibility to kill him. If he was prop-slamming, or broke NLR you should have made a /report. It's never your job to deal out punishments for breaking server rules as a VIP or user. -Denied- This is my interpretation of the proof and stories provided above. As you said in your post, you sought them out and killed one of them, "falloutblaze777," (Which, as a Banker class shooting him without him shooting you would count as RDM x1) After killing Falloutblaze, you shot at his affiliate, "Shoot," who killed you moments after. (Attempted RDM x1) Immediately thereafter, you killed "falloutblaze777" one more time without him damaging you beforehand, (Which, once again a Banker class cannot kill someone unless it's self-defense, (RDM x1) This isn't even taking into account the other two players you shot without reason, "Wohmi" and "FaZe Miles Morales" The NLR will not be taken into account as there is no location evidence; With the charge of Attempted Mass RDM, the NLR is irrelevant. ____________________________ Your ban will remain for Attempted Mass RDM, as you killed and/or damaged two or more players for no reason in a short period of time.
