When I am representing something I always act professional. I had dumb interactions with some people when I didn't have many friends on here but I began to shapen up once I realized I wanted to be a positive member of the server and was going to be spending more time on here. [minimum 2 paragraphs] I have several strong skills that I bring to the staff team. I am very detail oriented so I feel like I am able to understand rules very well and explain them very well. I have a very good memory so when people need help with understanding the rules I can pull a lot of it out from memory. Another thing I have going is a good attitude. I love helping people and it is really hard for me to get annoyed. I always stay patient and work with people even when they are upset with me. In general I really enjoy helping others. While I do not have experience being staff, I have had a lot of experience managing things in the real world. I have been a leader all of my life. I have managed at my jobs, I have been president and vice president of my high school, and in general I just really like being involved in things and helping out where I can. It would be nice if there were 1 or 2 of the following things done to help make the experience better while playing chess or checkers. A. Make a rule that explicitly states to not stand on or put props on the tables. Any time I have reported someone the admins can do nothing while people are just standing on the table and get to keep trolling. B. Make a transparent barricade on each of the tables that allows enough vision for people to play. The table games should be fun and be abled to be enjoyed by all. They attract crowds and the fun can be ruined by anyone that feels like standing on the table. Yes I understand that there is 2d chess but the experience is a lot worse, you cannot read chat and its like you are playing chess from the early 2000's. It is a lot harder playing 2d chess IMO.
