Hey all, I would like to suggest the addition of an anticheat system if it is not currently implemented already as it seems after talking with some players there are more than a few suspect people using some sort of ESP or other 3rd party program, giving them an unfair advantage over others. Using a system like this would return the power back into the admins hands and would also allow quicker detection, as well as gather evidence in the background which helps solidify the admins case. Yes, thank you. I did find that out and have been doing so since but for those that are new to the server it is not instructed to do so anywhere, I just feel that getting hold of staff should be easy and sometimes it isnt. Another issue with the ticket system would be to expand log time perhaps? I have been in a few sits where something happened but by the time the ticket was responded to the logs were long gone, just wasting my and the admins time

Description: With my experience so far with it, id say that the reporting system could use some improvements. As it is currently performing id rate it at a 8/10. I see it does perform its basic function well, it could use some improvements in my personal opinion that may improve quality of gameplay for the players. The changes I would like to propose are as follows. 1.Add general tickets, without the need to report someone else Instead of solely being a player report based ticket system, revamp it so players can submit General tickets. Example, you have an issue that needs to be reported or want to simply talk privately with an admin so you do /report and select someone random, which the mod/admin then TP`s both players to a sit which unnecessarily interrupts others roleplay who are not involved. Similar scenario, you /report someone but don't yet have solid proof and don't want to alert them they are being watched so they get caught instead via spectate etc. The issue with the system right now is once you submit the report an admin will usually TP Both players at the same time, which alerts them to their suspicion of the person reporting and the admins and possibly ruining a good chance for the gathering of evidence unimpeded. Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing some feedback on this I just found it slightly annoying and instead of just complaining about it thought I would make a suggestion to improve it a little.

[minimum 2 paragraphs] I strongly believe I should be chosen over the other applicants and make a great addition to the staff team due to my prior server Administrator/Management experience, my overall game knowledge, friendly, professional and approachable attitude and my fair, objective and unbiased rule-based judgment when it comes to administrative situations. I like to assist new players with a bit of cash if I have some to spare and provide guidance on how to level up, contact admins if they need one and provide any other general advice I can assist with. I am pretty easy-going but am also not afraid to correct people when they are breaking the server rules, and provide administrative warnings or punishment if it is necessary to do so. Due to my real life experience in my job as a security guard, I generally have an exceptionally high attention to detail and awareness of my surroundings which gives a slight advantage over those who do not as there may be some details or patterns that may be overlooked that I can pick up on. I have noticed that the server at times can either have a plethora(10+) of staff on at once, or none at all (or some just not taking sits) and the server is in a state of chaos for a few hours at night which gets (understandably)extremely frustrating for people just trying to play and have fun. I would like to help close this gap in the server Moderation Team and provide a fun, fair, and memorable server experience for our players of all shapes, sizes, genders, colours, or any other variables. If so, Include details: Banned, No. I was, however, given a verbal warning here for trying to help someone who was stuck in someone else`s prop block by killing them. I understand what it is that I did wrong, and acknowledge my wrongdoing. I should have let him report, or advised him to type kill into console to help him respawn faster. I do not claim to be perfect, I am always learning from both my successes and my mistakes and try not to make the same mistake more than once. I just started getting back into Garry's Mod recently after a 5 or so year break. I enjoy traveling, staying busy with work as security, going to local car meets and going for night drives with slapping subwoofers in the back.
