[minimum 2 paragraphs] I love this server that's why all throughout the day you will catch me on the server even very late at night you will catch me hanging around and talking to people. But What I've noticed is that in the early hours of the morning there tends to be no admins or mods on, but there are minges and people who plan to mass RDM and break rules roaming around the map and causing problems. This can go on for hours and hours before they get banned because no staff is on to deal with it. For example, today I was playing on the server very late at night and there were people on the US side and AFG side that were typing things in chat like the N-word and the F slur, and no one could do anything about it because no staff was there to deal with it. That made me very angry, and it is the main reason why I decided to apply for staff. Another problem is, if no staff is on to deal with this type of people, they could tell one of their friends to hop onto the server and do it with them! This would be causing even more problems and make it way harder for the staff to deal with. This is where I come into play, I am on all day and all night when no one else is on. I could deal with these people and make sure that this server is protected from late night minges. Even during the day when I see someone breaking rules, I report them and make sure that staff deals with it. I feel like with me on the staff team problems could be delt with way quicker and way more efficient. When I have to be mature, I tend to be very mature for my age.
I like having fun on this server and I want to make everyone else have the same experience I have and hopefully make people want to come back to the server. I want people to be exited to come home and play on the server without having to worry about people who just want to break rules and leave. I plan to make this server a better place by not just dealing with the minges, but by making sure that no one goes unnoticed with their suggestions and what they think the server needs to improve on. I put a lot of energy and time into being a Taliban officer and I want to put the same amount of energy and time into being part of the staff team. I've noticed that sometimes new players don't get trained correctly and end up doing things like killing enemies inside their own base without knowing that they are not allowed to do that. I really want to make sure that everyone knows the do's and don'ts so that everybody enjoys their time on the server. I've noticed that sometime the wars will be uneven, and US will have more people than Taliban or Taliban will have more people than US. When I see that I tend to switch sides to try to make it even so that new people don't have to experience being destroyed in war as their first experience. That is why I think I would be a good addition to the staff team and helping new players enjoy and stay on the server.
