1. You can see the reoccurring pattern of the same people being killed. (Also Bill Chase rdmed me in those logs yet you didn't seem to care about that did you?) 2. yes, I do what MRDM is. That's why I was only fucking around with people I knew. Because THEY were playing along. I stayed away from randoms, that way yes, I DIDN'T get in trouble for RDM by messing up and killing someone outside of us screwing around. 3. Yes, I do know what the punishment is for MRDM. But you should've had a sit. Computer put it pretty clear what bans warrant on the spot vs needing a sit. Clearly, you either didn't no or didn't use common sense. Aaaaaand finally. (include any proof): YYeah, it’s me again. June 10th was the final time I was banned; which later, was appealed. Since then, there hasn’t been a single ban on my record. However, I have been warned and jailed later on. In the last ban appeal, the argument was the confusion of timespan and miscommunication with the report and LTAP. This time, it’s completely unfair. After reading this, you’ll see that yes, I have done wrong. However, it didn’t NEARLY warrant a punishment so severe. As well as the way the punishment was handed out. For RDM, a rule that serious, it should grant the reasonable response to go to one of the staff boxes. Not a few feet away from spawn. Two : To be reasonable : If you were gonna take a sit a few feet away from spawn, wouldn’t you think it’s wise to become “Staff On Duty?” That way, oh I don’t know, it protects you from being blown to pieces by some Level 1 with an uzi? Or to tell that you're in a sit? That way there's no confusion? Common sense. PART 2 : The logs I caught wind that Awp said and I quote : “If he makes an appeal I can just show the kill logs.” Yes, you can. You most definitely can. Matter of fact, I encourage you to. I WANT to see them. Because if you do, you’ll see the recurring theme of the same people getting killed. That’s why, if you had done a little more research, you’d see that I was showing up in the kill logs too. By the same people listed. Now I get it, there can’t be proof that they were screwing around and weren’t upset, right? Haha, WRONG. These chat messages show individuals that I was screwing around killing with, DENOUNCING my ban, and even attempting to start a protest with #freecubes. You can even hear graygrayiscool pissed at the ban in the video. Hm, even the random thief I killed that was in your, “sit” even was on board on how bullshit the ban was. To conclude, The ban was unjust, unfair and overblown. There was not a single report against me, and you banned me without hearing the full story and you assumed I was just massing. By the looks of things, you only banned me because you were mad about your "sit" being interrupted. (When as stated, there was no way to tell if you were in a sit or not.) You’re a cool guy Awp, and I’m not trying to go against you. I have no problem with you. But to put it honestly, This was bullshit. I’d ask that the ban be at least reduced, on a reasonable aspect. How long were you banned for: 48 hours (More than likely was the original number, based on how rdm + ltap bans usually go for.) Proof of Ban: What happened? All I can gather right now is I killed someone before I left the server. I had nobody to message at the time to clarify, mainly because they weren't on when I was on; or because it was like 3 AM. (I'm saying "like" because I don't exactly have a timestamp for when I was banned exactly because I wasn't there. So honestly, I have to take a rough estimate based on how long the ban still is through minutes to hours on Google.) When I got off, I went to spawn to just chat with some mfs. Barely anyone was on, so I dipped. I wasn't in a sit when I left, nor was I in a situation with staff whatsoever. Why should your ban be removed? I just wanna make it clear now : I believe this was 100% NOT the staff member's fault. (To be honest I don't even know who that guy is in game.) Yeah, I get it, RDM is RDM. There's gotta be some form of consequence for it. Whether it was at 3 AM or at 11 PM, it's still breaking a rule. I just don't find it justified that it's at the hour where nearly everyone is getting off and the server is slowly decreasing in player count. My point is, it's not really fair to immediately conclude it as Leaving to Avoid Punishment when a large number of players of getting off for the night. But to conclude this section, I'd say that there needs to be a form of accountability on my part. I'm not going to play that game where, "I don't remember" is my only excuse. To receive the RDM portion, I had to have killed someone for no reason. On my end, I hold responsibility. I just don't think this was the right way to go about it. Choose to believe me or not, but I had absolutely NO idea that I had been reported. Nor did I have any understanding that a RDM report was even created. I was getting off for the night, that's it. Wanted to hop on for a little, BAM. Ban screen. Trying to turn shit around. I know I've fucked up and got a lot of bans, but I'm tryna do better. If it doesn't get appealed or any of that, it'd be pretty cool if someone at told me if there's a part of ltap that I'm missing here. Btw : I fucked it up.
