But on the other side I can see how it would be difficult to unban you as a well known player like you should not make those kind of mistakes. And many people who say they’ve changed, never in fact changed like Normacco. Also I think it would be good if you responded to what Phantom said in your previous ban appeal. Yes, but when recruits spawn during war its gonna be chaos since TC is a often played objective and UK is a big part of it and you cant lock the doors for it. . I agree with Jerran on putting it somewhere else on the map.

This past week I got approached by a staff asking me if I would be interested in applying, I decided to wait a bit to think and during those days I had some bad encounters and I thought to myself that I wouldn't like to play with some people who ruined my experience and therefore would not like to apply for staff. After thinking about it even more I realised that that was the reason why I should become staff, to stop those kinds of players and make sure noone has to have the same experience that I had. +1 This is a big problem for the server (talking from my own experience). Yes, There are accidents where people maybe should not get banned for it, but I feel like this might be where staffs common sense should kick in. If someone false warrants a base and just says something along the lines of "Just warn me" it's pretty obvious they're doing it on purpose and don't care and should therefore be banned. But if someone actually misunderstands it then fine, take a different approach.

That's not how it works. And this report is actually so petty and just feels like you don't like br0ken so you try to get him punished. People get killed outside of base all the time, 20% of people would be permbanned if this was the case

Like lua said, sometimes u gotta take chances and let people lead factions. In some situations staff of course have to step in but in this case I think it would be better to let Skye have a chance of leading it. Sure, Pencil has a fair bit of officer experience but what actually makes Pencil much better of a pick then Skye? Both have good rep and are well known in the server. The upperhand Pencil has is that he has more experience. But you have to get experience somehow right? Some people has mentioned stuff about letting Tora and Ozzy in who both were cheaters, well correct me if I am wrong but didn't both Tora and Ozzy join FM before Skye and Hooman and both of them also got officer reserves. 4. Reserves As many people have mentioned, GB reserves was in dire need to get wiped lol, Reserves are for people who have done good in the faction and helped it in some way or another, this could be with it's image or with leadership. At one point you needed to get promoted 3 -4 times to be able to get reserves. 3-4 times? That's like one week and I highly doubt some of those people did anything productive while in the faction. 5. Jackals Toxicity Yes, Jackal is toxic af but it's also just a video game. If you can't take some hate then good luck on the internet lmao. And even if he is toxic, he is an exceptional leader and that can be seen with Vega, Pretty much all of Vega are respected and are really good at the game. He obviously knows what he is doing. And for the people who are scared of getting on the staffs bad side, don't be scared. There isn't really anything bad that can happen from it except if you are very toxic and disrespectful. For instance, look at topshots ban situation. Jackal made a mistake and what happened? Gildarts/Phantom and well most of the community helped him and got him unbanned. Gildarts and Phantom are SA's for a reason, they are smart and can be trusted with important/tough tasks. They won't/can't just let anything slide under the mat and pretend it didn't happen.
