(include any proof): So basically, I had 2 friends that were raiding PC Wooby's base (waterfall base) and basically I wasn't even messing with keypad or anything and I wasn't even past KOS sign and what happend is that Wooby killed me and I didin't even pass his KOS sign and also words said from him are these: "If he's just gonna crouch and look at my keypad, I'm obviolusly going to kill him". When I reported him I got told by both @ghostly788 and @PaereBrus it wasn't even RDM because he had a KOS sign but after a bit of arguing aswell with @zbt_ We found this rule (if the kos is in an obscure place i.e behind a wall that u can only see behind at a certain angle) And this is his base situation: As You can see Quite litterally can't see a KOS sign outside of his base like the rule says And this is the inside Only after you enter the actual base you can see the KOS sign After trying to make Paere reasonate he told me that as long as it's visible it counts, but he also said: And it really isn't on the outside of the base, so technically speaking this space shoudn't be a KOS area: Additionally, after getting RDM'd I went back to gather proof for the RDM and I got warned for NLR because I was 2 seconds too early for the 3 minute timer. Imagine getting RDM'd and getting jailed for NLR because someone decided to kill you. Personally, I think he deserves to get warned for toxicity and RDM. I believe the KOS sign should be visible from outside the base since the rule states that the KOS sign should be visible and not blocked. If a person just walked through waterfall thinking he can build there and someone kills him the second he steps foot through the waterfall it is RDM plain and simple. If the reason he doesn't want to put the KOS outside the waterfall is to make the base discrete then he shouldn't kill people that don't pass his KOS sign. Another varation to this is, if someone is basing at truckstop and he has the base inside the garage and the KOS sign is on the building, you cannot kill someone for passing the fence when the KOS sign isn't on the fence. There should be a visible line showing where the KOS includes or even on the textscreen itself say that it is KOS past the fence.

Munchie Didin't even warn me that I was about to get banned and for what reason and didin't even try to discuss anything with me, and last time I checked, You had to atleast tell the player what he was getting banned for and for how long ( @Merk could support ngl).

(include any proof): So basically, I was fucking around with a dude called Sts Lika on the server and Once he mugged me just for shits and giggles I went after dying to him near pd and shot him (Count that as 1) and then after that instance, where I also died I didin't kill anybody (Keep in mind since it's important for later). I went back to him this time near the Main Street and started shooting him again (Count that as 2) and while shooting him he goes to side street (like at the start of it) and then I just ran away since I didin't want to deal with getting killed again. after this I get pulled into a sit and apparently get told that even tho it's in the same life he "ran away" and that makes it count as a 3rd time. Now if running away is moving a few pixels then damn I guess I'm an athlete in real life. I think my ban is to atleast get a reduced time because yes I do admit to ardming twice Lika but nothing else. GamingCarrot in the sit also mentioned about a kill I had on Chad which isn't really supposed to change the sit since he didin't report me even after alot of time. But apparently only because it was only a minute or two after he ardm on Lika he thought to make it count EVEN THO Chad never reported me. So ladies and gentlemen, think of my situation of how you will, and let me know for any future encounters for anything. Gabbox out. (For now )

It was a fun time (again), but I've been going crazy over some shit irl with work and stuff. I wanna thank @Derpza @Payphone @Merk @StarPhantom @xHydrax420x @ChrisRid @Gildarts @Rosie and others I forgot to mention for the amazing time I had on the server while I was staff. I will maybe be on from now and then on the server, and will be free to answer any question about staffing, but I don't like how the servers going. Goodbye y'all. o7

About the Report that I at first claimed then unclaimed, I, aswell as other staff here, when we claim a report it's always set as the reason "RDM" even if it really isn't most times, so I claimed that report and after reading the description of the report, saw that it also included me, and as staff rules say, and I quote: "You may not handle reports directly involving yourself or a member of your party unless there are no other active staff online.", That meaning I coudn't take that report because in the description it said something along the lines of "rdm, the smartass admin gave him a gun and told him to kill me.". I later told @Giygasthat I did admit to telling toby to rdm him with a gun I gave him and got the warn for "Instigation of RDM". About the dj stand incident witht he visible printers, I was just hanging around it and then somebody just placed a prop and I don't know why Gildarts said "time to report gabbox for fail base" even tho the dj stand was gordita's, but when we eventually got into the sit I asked you for a recording because when we have to make punishments we need clips/proof in general, so I coudn't have done anything...
