The most recent time I was staff was back in 2020 when I was a T admin. I have always enjoyed my time as being staff and it has never been my willing choice to leave due to work/school related topics. I have also been staff back in 2018, which was a very fun experience being staff then. The server was always populated with hundreds of people and I remember the report logs beign insanely inedited with reports compared to my 2020 run. Why should we choose you over other applicants? I think I should be chosen ahead of others for a multiple of reasons. Firstly, my longstanding presence on this server dates back to 2017, providing me with an awesome understanding of the server. Over the years that I have played, I have built strong connections with both staff and fellow members on the Garnet server, trying to keeping the fun and rp experiences shared on this platform. My dedication to the server should be obvious since I've been playing since 2017, as I am very committed to playing and maintaining its, hopefully long lasting life\integrity. I have also worked on multiple issues on the past I help start the conversation to start integrating chess/checkers board back in 2020 to come back to the server as a moderator and I also had very thoughful conversation about making discord our main channel of contact as a staff. I promise I will keep the innovation alive with new ideas to bring to the team and suggestions, I want to see this server thrive! Besides my dedication to this server, and my desire to contribute as a staff member this all comes from a actual passion for enhancing the server's overall gameplay and growth as I did years ago. sometimes, after extensive hours of grinding and rping (usually beyond the 10th hour , meaning I am play 10 hours, not at 10pm), I find myself wanting a more helpful role. I am eager to bring fresh ideas, encourage active role-play, and uphold the server's rules to ensure a balanced and enjoyable gameplay experience for all. By becoming a staff member, I aim to foster a welcoming community, assist newcomers in understanding the server's rules, and contribute actively to the growth of an awsome role-playing environment. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Yes I made an application in 2018 that was accepted and a application in 2020 that was accepted as well. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Since I am in college and have a relaxed schedule, I will be able to play every day for at least 5 hours probably even more honestly. If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod? I play basketball and weightlift, I play guitar and piano, my favorite activities are fishing, and programing. I think the garnet team-speak should be removed and we should fully transfer to discord. I know this might seem outrageous to many people but it has to happen. Discord is way better than team-speak in so many ways. 1. You have to pay to keep the team-speak server going/ Discord it is free. 2. You can still have all the same channels on discord as on team speak. 3. Discord is more user friendly compared to team-speak's, which the interface in my opinion is way harder for someone to learn compared to discords. 4. More people have Discord than team speak to start with. 5 Nobody is ever in the general team speak, the only people that are in team speak are the higher-ups and long,long,long term player no new player ever really stay. 6. There is no use for two voice applications on our server. This I now would open up the community even more. Way more people use discord and it has a more friendly interface. Also we can still switch all the private channels on Team-speak over to discord so no one loses there private channels. Also I always have people asking me how to join team-speak and half the time they cannot even figure it out and they give up. This problem would be solved with discord because it has a more friendly interface. I am looking forward for you guys criticism I have been thinking about this a lot lately and just wanted to know what you guys think. Also the military and rust player would have to agree with us as well on this issue. I know this seem radical but I hope you are open to the idea.

I have had this problems countless times and I say there should be a ban for this offense. Because they hav clear NITRP but they have not broken three rules necessarily yet so you cant ban them. +1

I would like to see the chess/checkers boards brought back. I am not for sure why they where taken away in the first place (probably for a good reason). I feel like putting these games back in would definitely enhance the RP experience for everyone on the server. Also it gives the players another way to gamble with other people. Some people may not be good at dueling/fighting for wagers. With the chess games though you use strategy and skill to beat the player. I feel this would be great for the type of players that do not like PvP, but instead likes the strategy aspect better. Thank you -Good day!

I understand I did not mean to create drama I did not want to, but I did it as I thought was best. I understand that a couple other staff that have commented on my staff app are not happy with me either but I did what I though was right and now it is biting me in the ass, because I know that person is going to do whatever they can to try in make it a living hell for me on the server. I thank you though for your honesty and I apologize for anything inappropriate I have said in the past days with the previous drama. I do think though the Drama that was created a couple days ago was not because of me but because of something a certain individual did I just provided any proof I had of the incident that was taking place.

Since I left I have alwasy wanted to join the staff team again and I know I would be mature like last time and always keep a positive attitude. Why should we choose you over other applicants? I think I would be a great administrator on Garnet again. One thing is I already know all the rules and what to do. Also I know all the new rules that have been implemented just recently. I also have a lot of Friends on Garnet and have had the privilege of actually talking to most of them. I would say I have a good relationship with 1/3 of the entire servers population. Also I have a bunch of playtime on the serve, which shows my loyalty to ther server and the determination I am willing to take for the server. I will uphold every rule and person with the same respect as everyone else. I will not make someone seem less than another persona, and I will never abuse my powers. I will use my powers when I only need to and to keep to people in check that are doing wrong. Also I have already brought so much more opportunities to Garnet by just role playing. As a past administrator I can promise you that I will bring more RP opportunities tot he server and grow the server only for the better of everyone playing on it. All these reasons combined is why I know I would be a excellent staff on Garnet. Also like I said at the beginning I am very loyal. there is not a reason for me not to follow the rules and favor other people. well shit I really hope this is not the end of a era.

When I pulle dthis person on the roof I told him he was going to get banned for MRDM then he did proceed to call me. Then while I was typing in my ban he said "fuck you , im gonna DDOS the server it shit anyway" so I already had his banned typed out for 2 weeks but I hurried and erased it and made in permanent.

I am very sorry for the late notice on this issue I was out at my friends house and I had to do this all form his computer. Than you for understanding.

After thinking over he was the one that prop climbed up to the base while I was doing a sit and thats how Banana man got up their and guymandude as well because I told guymandude as well as banana man to get off the roof several times and they still kept coming up there, after that guymandude killed to people and shot one of my reporters in a sit as well as Banana man. I do not know if banana man told you or not but that was the reason for your NITRP ban.

Hello, The reason why he was banned was because he was impersonating staff then he cam up on my sit roof by prop climbing three times. I was being nice to him and did not warn him I gave him only verbals but I said if you do it again it will be a warn. Then in the middle of a sit on that same roof banana decides to shoot the person in the sit and then ran off. I did not ban him then ether again I probably should of right there but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then thats when he changes his name to admin on duty comes back on the roof and acts like he is a admin and started interfering with my sits. Xean then saw this was happening and I he got reported. Sense he broke over three rules he was banned for NITRP 2 days. The rules he broke, prop climb, impersonating staff, dis in sit, attempt RDM. So that was just banana then guymandude killed 2 people then he was banned for propblock I can not give proof at this moment as I am doing this on my friends computer but when I get home I will send screenshots. I honestly do not remember though but I am sure I have proof of him ether prop climbing or prop blocking, I will let you guys know on this thread in the next couple of hours.
