Fantastic (extremely busy) month, everyone. A lot of changes, additions and tons of activity but you all crushed it. Tons of new additions to the mod team that are already proving themselves, and the admin team continuing to cement themselves as leaders. Can't say enough how proud I am of this team. Wonderful work!

Just a reminder to all replying. He said a slur, and was told to maintain a better trend of behavior until he re-applies which he has done. I don't want to see -1's for the behavior that has since been corrected.

This is mostly but may not be limited to the following reasons:Only reason this is denied is because sunny will not be getting punished for his handling of the situation.
You are correct that there are currently no punishments on the D3A directly relating to scamming for rp money, however, you did do this as a member of the police.
Considering that in rp the only classes able to pocket bail money is the warden or mayor, you should have returned the money when it was not sufficient as bail and especially so when it was reported and requested/ordered by sunny. Even if you were warden or mayor, you still should have returned the money for rp. Setting aside what you did being a degenerate, scumbag move, especially from someone with your experience on the server, I will be issuing you a warn for the failrp.

This is mostly but may not be limited to the following reasons:The evidence is pretty straightforward. You instigated killing on 3 separate occasions without a reason.
That's RDM, and done 3 times is Mass.
Your clips don't show anything relevant. Your third clip would show the other person as being the instigator in logs (not included in the evidence provided by Orion for your ban.) As for "why he didn't tell you this at the time," explaining the staff rules to reportees every time we put a ban through isn't one of our policies.

This is mostly but may not be limited to the following reasons:The clip I was sent shows that you had already been verbally warned to not spam staff chat.
Also, considering you weren't arrested and were fully capable of making a report when you spammed staff chat the second time (you were already in the sit even), your request has been denied.
Bottom line, even though it's currently bugged to where you can't make a report while arrested, once warned to not spam staff chat, you should have stopped.
