I'm going to go ahead and repeat something from Proggy's acceptance post on Vivianne's staff app who also just recently returned, "I know some people are wary about your return, but the minor concerns brought up shouldn't overshadow your previous dedication to the server." This guy has put in over a thousand hours into the server already, has plenty of previous staff experience, and is already known by a good bit of people in the community, I for one remember the name from back then but didn't ever have any interactions. I don't see why you guys think not knowing some of the community rules out maturity, ability to handle a staff position, and dedication to the server. He has excellent paragraphs and very few punishments. All it would take is a simple rereading of the rules and staff rules, this is literally tested in the staff training. +1 from me.
