You literally joined a discord to start asking about Conway trying to use Army as collateral. We do not want anything to do with the Conway Vs. Shrimps. Who says pyrex wasn't kidnapping doof? Just because I didn't kill him? Their where 6 or 7 RU around their but 3 is all I killed in order to do what I needed to. So someone says that he wasn't kidnapping, I thought what other people say don't count for this shit. You are basing your entire argument off of info a RU gave you. But don't you think it's conveniently timed so all my adverts matched up? I called kidnapp false = he calls counter false. 45 sec later same person calls kidnapp I call counter. And saying I need to know people involved in a kidnapp. With that logic you'd be saying you would need to know where every single person is. And that just doesn't happen you can't possibly know who everyone is without seeing names. So what is the answer to this its been denied and will stay denied but this is a desicion made off lack of significant evidence. All evidence being used is statments made. The only screenshot proves I killed 3 people nothing else. Because I could have said they where in U.S. base and if they didn't have screenshot to prove other wise you can not make a decision on wether someone is banned or not. A ban must have proof and since never have statments been evidence enough. So I dont care that I banned, I care about how poorly this situation was treated. 1 year ago almost to this day I was banned on CS:Desert for the exact same reason. Someone was kidnapped and I countered but the staff used the other sides word over ours because they simply liked them more.

You said none of my kills were pyrex, how am I supposed to that one wasnt pyrex because all I see is my Gen surrounded by 3 people then seeing a kidnap advert from the same person who falsed on a Counter 3 sec after I falsed my kidnapp. Pyrex falsed his advert around 45 sec to 1 min before this situation happened. P.S. this provides no evidence to my wrong doings this simply shows that I killed 3 people, this does not take into account things such as location, people involved, circumstance
