Yes, you agreed to a TOS when you bought VIP, and I'm sure it states there is no refunds. That's how it works. Because you didn't want to take the time to read the rules and so now you pay the consequences. I don't know what there isn't to understand here. Most likely not, as Garnet doesn't transfer ranks either to other accounts.

Well, I'd assume Garnet is not going to refund your VIP because you broke the rules. However, there is a format you have to follow in the donation support area. I also dont understand why Hot Girl is telling you to refund your VIP, as I'm sure she knows it wouldn't happen.

-1 Toxins was completely justified with the ban. It is your responsibility to read the rules and to inform yourself of them. While you may not have had malicious intent with the link you posted, you still advertised which does result in a permanent ban. There are many others who have been banned for the same thing and didn't have malicious intent, but were not unbanned. If we were to unban you, we'd have to go back and unban every single other person that has done what you've done, which is not how we operate or what is in the handbook. The only thing I can say is to come back in a few months, make an appeal again and show you've learned your lesson. I'm not saying you're guaranteed to be unbanned, so don't take this as me saying you will if you come back in a few months time and make an appeal.

I will say Diego did rush the sit. However, the punishment is decided by the staff member who takes the sit afaik. The staff who handles the sit can decide to give a verbal warn, a jail time, an actual warn, or can do a combination of a warn and a jail time. So for example, one staff member can give a verbal warning for a fail base, while another staff member if they wanna be a douche can give an actual warning for a fail base. Me personally as my experiencing in staffing I wouldn't give a warn for that kind of stuff unless it's a repeated offense, however what I would do doesn't mean everyone will do. But yes, I do agree Diego went over the sit in a very quick manner without making sure the reportee knew what they did was wrong (if he was asking what he did wrong after the sit). @MikeSteele @DiegoZavier tagging you two so you see this report.

Very nice! I personally like the no name, just a pretty cool shot with the war-torn area with the helo planes flying in the background of the tank. Dunno how skilled you are, but it would be pretty cool to maybe see some type of WWII era naval fight if you're up for making something like that just an idea ofc and if you want to, not a request or anything just giving ideas!

Not trying to give sympathy or anything, but take all the time you need. It's out of your control of what happened, and you do what you gotta do. I may not agree with everything you do, but I'd never wish ill will upon you. And you're very dedicated to your servers, and I'd imagine that's super difficult with all the servers you have to try and juggle around to keep updated, etc. So get well soon, and keep up the good work, take the time off if you need it.

I wouldn't exactly say Vizii snaked Garnet. Unless if there was some info I missed, I'm assuming he may have left because of things related to what he said on Panini's report. Which if that is one of the reasons he did leave, I wouldn't blame him. Again, I wouldn't say he 'snaked' on Garnet. He may have not been enjoying GG anymore and wanted to leave. Otherwise we may as well say the entirety of 8th Legion 'snaked' on us, or you could say I 'snaked' on you because I've started to play less and less and stepped down from Blitz. I'm getting quite bored of SWRP. When I get home from work, I don't want to sit on a server continuing to wait for people, or wait for something to do, I want to have fun. If I'm not having fun, well I'm just gonna go somewhere else to have my fun.

I get that, but I'm saying I've also seen a lot of players say these events are also just getting dull and boring. After all, it's really just the same thing every time. "Find a thing/rescue someone, kill over 1000 NPC droids, repeat." I'm trying to convey that it's not just even with having nothing to do during the day, but it's also because of a lack of story/something to grasp the players to make them engaged in the server, and that's not just specific to this server, it happens to even the most serious RP servers. The most basic thing an RP server really needs to have is some sort of outline for a story and where the gamemasters/staff want to direct the server. The best RP servers I've played on they didn't have events every single day, in fact it was more like once a week, but people stayed engaged because the server had a story it was going through, where player's actions made some deviation in the path of the story sometimes. The events were each unique and varied differently. The staff put in the time and effort to develop a story and took time to set up each event/plan them out to make sure that it wasn't the same thing over and over again. Now, I'm not saying every event was great or fantastic, because nothing is going to be perfect like that but there was still some variation in it that at least kept players somewhat engaged in the server and what it had to offer.

327th did this as well. They did many patrols/trainings during the day waiting for events. Each day it just got to be more and more tedious and monotonous for them, until they got burnt out from doing them. You can do these things in your down time, but eventually it just becomes a chore, and no one wants to do chores playing on games. Or at least a good portion don't. I'd even argue there's not even really a practical use for training as we're just constantly fighting mindless NPCs that don't need training. And even then, most players just get outclassed by the other people with the better classes because a majority of people only have access to the rifleman class, etc. There's only a certain amount of passive stuff you can do on a semi-serious RP server until it just becoems boring for a lot of players, even coming from a person who has played serious RPs on gmod where the only communication is in-character and out of character text based chat. (Ofc we would use discord/teamspeak too, but most of the time it was text-based chat/RP). There's only so much of that you can do before you just start to eventually get bored and not have fun.

I mean, you can't apply everything from MRP onto Star Wars. Star Wars is supposed to be more RP oriented, which is why it's PvE and not a PvP-like game like MRP, which is why I think MRP still does pretty well.

One of the major problems I see in my opinion is that there really isn't a story to the server. There really isn't anything to keep the players engaged aside from events (which even now some people are saying those are getting boring and repetitive). So for example, when we have an event where our Admiral gets captured, I don't think a lot of people take it seriously because there's no connection to the person/development of that person to really make people care. They just sit there and go: "eh, if he lives, he lives, if he dies, he dies so what?". And I think that's a major flaw, I think there definitely needs to be some more type of character development to make people care about these people we have to go and rescue. You could also add some more RP elements in events, or give it a try I don't know how well it will work with the player base we have, but you can definitely try to go to a more RP-oriented event instead of just a shootem up.

As I said before, we're not perfect and that's okay. It was a stupid mistake and you own up to it. Trust me, it's much better in my eyes that you at least take responsibility instead of trying to wiggle your way out, or make up some lame excuse as to why you did it. I appreciate someone who will come out and say that fucked up and own it, and I think you'll see many others do too, and won't completely hold it against you that you didn't report yourself. Just give this some time, come back and make an appeal. From the sounds of it, it seems like it wouldn't be hard for you to get back in, it's just a matter of playing the waiting game and seeing how long it will be until the community thinks you're ready to come back.

It's a mistake and we all make them. That's why we're humans, we're imperfect. I know I've never met ya but I can appreciate someone who takes responsibility for their actions. Big respect for that, but I'm not surprised as I'd expect a military man to own up to their actions and mistakes. Good luck on future endeavors, and be safe on your deployment. That's not true. And also, just because someone dies doesn't mean they aren't hacking/cheating. They're probably trying to keep it on the low so they don't make it so obvious. There's the dumb hackers/cheaters who will just blatantly use cheats and get banned, and then there's the 'smarter' hacker/cheaters who will use it occasionally, but not too much to not draw too much attention. But the first clip, that flick he did was pretty inhuman. I've never seen a person just snap at a direction like that.
