  1. Bro I told you if it wasn't for SWRP I'd be there... besides you bullied me anyways smh. U stinky poopoo
  2. Okay, and I also said an 'or' which stated: "or just not abusing the whitelist at all". Which you did, which is why the report was made and why it got removed. If no one cared you had it, fine so be it. But that doesn't mean you just get to abuse the whitelist which is the point I'm making.
  3. So my issue is not only what was mentioned above, but the whole situation you were involved in. While yes, it was resolved on MRP and you were punished, it still makes me wonder if you're mature enough for staff. For the simple reason of you abusing the Officer whitelist you had, instead of being responsible and getting it removed, or just not abusing it at all. Things like that make you look like you can't act mature, or be responsible with a whitelist you have and either not abusing/using it at the very least, or telling someone you have the whitelist and need it removed. I'm going to -1 for now not just because of the incident, but because of how it seems like you're not taking this app seriously, either.
  4. If what was said is true in that you made an appeal before and it got denied because you were proven guilty, then -1. It doesn't matter if the person who banned you is gone from the community, you still broke a rule and got punished. Idk what you thought would happen if you posted pornography.
  5. That's not just the issue though people are having. You keep getting into controversial stuff, acting immature, and doing stupid stuff without reprecussions. That's what it's really about. You got out of a community ban because of people who had a deep concern for you. You then go around and start memeing about it all, and even doing stuff like posting that picture I mentioned earlier. You get caught doing stupid things, then make these apologies to make it look like you're sincere, but then do more stupid things and repeat the process. You made a whole essay report on Enigma saying how he's corrupt, bad at staff, etc. You straight up just tried to ruin someone's image, then apologize when you were wrong. You then come and do this and repeat the process over again. To simply put, you're making a negative image of yourself with a good portion of the community and you just don't seem fit for the position you're in right now, and people are just tired of seeing you get off without any punishment because you make some sort of excuse. You say all these things in your apologies how you're gonna be better, or something similar along those lines, but you just keep fucking up. I think Kendal sums it up pretty well how some of us feel and why we're upset. I'm going to be truthful when I say it doesn't seem like you're actually sorry, you're just sorry you got caught because you keep slipping up and getting caught in controversy. You'd think you would've learned on what you say/do has an impact with the community when you made your report on Enigma.
  6. I agree to some extent. However, if we were to use this as a defense, then we shouldn't ban people who make threats of DDoSing or doxing, plain and simple, otherwise it's just hypocritical to say that.
  7. So if someone makes an indirect threat, it's okay? I still don't get your logic. That's like saying: "your house is my list of places to blow up." And then excusing that person because they didn't directly say: "I'm gonna go to your house and blow it up."
  8. So if I jokingly say to someone: "I'm going to DDoS you/dox you" and they don't take it as a joke I should be permanently banned. But if I say: "you're on my hit list of people to kill" in a joking way there shouldn't be any sort of punishment? What kind of ass backwards thinking is that?
  9. I will say last night when he joined our 327th channel for SWRP, he sent that imgur picture of the ESP type of shit in our chat. At that time, I didn't know the person who posted that was Buddha because I don't know him, and I didn't know what he sounded like, so I legit thought Buddha was hacking/using ESP because of that picture lmao. So that makes my view even worse on him now because he's going around posting stuff like that. https://i.imgur.com/DzuXivL.jpg http://prntscr.com/s6vw0z So yeah, idk what he's doing and why he's acting that way. But it definitely seems super immature, and at this point I don't even know why he's still a manager.
  10. So after watching the videos, specifically Buddha's since Samsong was already dealt with, I can see how one wouldn't take it as a joke if they don't know the person. Idk Buddha and that doesn't really sound like he's 'joking' to me. But me personally I wouldn't have done anything, but that's me personally, I'm not speaking on behalf of Whitebolt. However, as a DarkRP Manager you are going to be held to a higher standard than most players, Buddha. While no one is saying you can't make jokes, you have to watch what you say and do because not only are you a DarkRP Manager, but you constantly have eyes watching you because of everything you keep getting involved in. And joke or not just like DDoS threats, I think death threats should be taken just as seriously. They're both criminal offenses, and I'd go as far as to say death threats are even worse than threatening to take down a server. You have to watch what you say and do as a figure in the community Buddha and judge situations. It also doesn't help that you go on to say: "I'm very serious" in the clip of you saying the threat to Whitebolt. I don't understand why you think making a death threat is completely different from making a DDoS threat, or threatening to dox someone, even if it is in a joking manner. If we can't make jokes about DDoSing/doxing, then why can we make jokes about death threats? Why is that okay?
  11. Well, yeah, you're going to have a lot of kills if it's a small group. But looking at the highest amount before we killed the tanks was like 20 something. And that was with 15-20 of us. If we start to get more and more, that number will drop and we'll kill the tanks even quicker. So while it's a good amount for very small groups, when we hit our higher pops in the afternoon/evening it won't be that much.
  12. I think it'd certainly be better than random Japanese tri-fighters performing Pearl Harbor tactics lmao. But +1, I actually really like LFS vehicle, they're very detailed and fun to use.
  13. I mean, in all honesty there's no need for any more than just Republic pack. We're not playing rebels, empire, or other factions that require blasters.
  14. I'm a god, how can you kill a god? What a grand and intoxicating innocence.
  15. who the fuck did u tag? u know josephi krakowski isnt even my forums, right? u dong
  16. So if you'd show someone a kos sign, why wouldn't you show/tell someone a rule that doesn't exist and leave it at that? And here, let me give a better example of the point I'm trying to make. Let's say I'm playing the rapist class. I rape someone then steal their medication after I rape them. That player then reports me, with the report saying: "this rapist stole my stud medication without advertising steal." Obviously I'd be innocent because I don't have to advert it. But that would be someone trying to report me for a false rule that doesn't exist, can I then report them? By your logic I should be able to because that player tried to get me punished for a false rule.
  17. I mean... I'm not defending him for what he said, but at least an apology is a start. Does it excuse what he said? Certainly not. I can at least appreciate an attempt at an apology. We'll just have to continue to see his behavior to see if he really means it, or if he's simply trying to save face.
  18. I'm curious about this situation because I've never heard/seen a false report be used this way. So let's say for example I have a kos sign at my base and someone enters my base. I kill that player, but then they report me because they don't happen to see my KOS sign and think I RDMed them. In the end, I'm innocent because I didn't break a rule. Am I then free to report that player who reported me because it's a 'false report'? If so, that needs to be changed.
  19. Idk, just for me I guess as a personal thing I'd rather have something or someone be exposed in a discord that I'm in if it means it reaches more people, or even hopefully gets some action taken. But that's just me, I wouldn't care about it being in a discord server that's just for friends because it's a serious thing. Y'know, it's not like petty drama and dragging people in, it's getting people involved about someone who is committing a crime, and a sick one at that.
  20. If that's the case, I'm going to have to -1 on this, then. Just because a staff may 'let' you do something, doesn't mean you should. You can sit there and say a staff 'lets' you RDM them, but they can still report you for RDM. Staff are in the wrong if they do allow you to continue your raid, even if you died. It still is an unintentional mass unfortunately if this is the case.
  21. I mean, I think it's kind of the community's business if there's a pedophile going around. Just like it's a community's business IRL to know of registered sex offenders in their area so they know who to steer away from and keep others away from.
  22. I'm not too sure on this, but even if you're RDMed, I think you're still supposed to abide by NLR rules. I could be completely wrong. I want to hold back on my support/minus support until that is clarified.
  23. Well I hope this isn't just an MRP ban and a community ban in general. But uh, +1.
  24. I am curious about this. But why does it matter if he knew that rule was implemented that day or not? I don't think it should matter. He intentionally massed. It's not like he unintentionally massed, and then got a perma ban. There's a very simple way of avoiding that kind of situation, and that's to not intentionally mass. Actions have consequences, whether you know about them or not. It shouldn't be more acceptable to have him unbanned simply because he didn't know he was going to get a permaban, that's quite absurd, he had the intentions to break the rules and now he faces the consequences. If the only thing influencing his decision to mass was the outcome for him, then I think there's some more issues there, as that's not a good mindset.
