I resigned because I knew I was going to be inactive for quite a few months. How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs] My reasons are the same as when I was originally going for staff. I am willing to dedicate my time to help benefit the server. I've noticed that there are still times when no staff are online and new players are running around rdming people and causing problems. I am able to get on at later times like that and deal with them. Another reason for wanting to become staff again is to be available to do TP's for anyone doing tryouts. Like anyone else, I want to be a decent role model to newer enlisted and show them that they can still have fun on the server without having to randomly kill other players. In tough situations I can still make rationale and reasonable decisions. I don't ever lose my cool over small things. When it comes to minges, I don't mind dealing with them and helping them understand the server better. Like in the past, trying to get them involved in TS and discord tends to make them actually want to play the server without causing to many problems. I believe that I can be a decent staff member on the server. Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? If so, Include details: No, I have never been banned before. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: I haven't made any previous applications. The only one I've made was my original application last year when I was staff. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I should be able to contribute about 3-6 hours a night. This time can change cause my job does require me to work late some days. But most days I should be able to hop on in the evenings or late at night. Weekends I can be available most of the day.

+1 I haven't really gotten a chance to talk to you myself, but I have heard good things so far. Just like the others said, you could use a bit more detail and effort to your paragraphs. Other than that, you seem to be pretty active and mature while on the server and I haven't heard of any problems about you. So good luck!

+1 You seem to be a well respected officer and you are good with the enlisted. You are quite mature and level headed. For activity, I get on at weird times, so I only see you here and there. Application is looking pretty good. Good luck on your journey to becoming staff.

+1 This change would make everything different for peacetime. Tali and US will have to constantly be on the lookout whenever traveling to claimed areas. It makes the game even more interesting.

I will give as much time as I can to help the server and staff team. There are some small problems that I have seen throughout my time on this server that I would like to help fix. Some of the first things I will do is make sure that all sits I come across are taken and dealt with accordingly. I have had times when I am on when there are little to no staff on. I would like to help with the problems that players are having at those times. I would like to also help out with tryouts. I've noticed that a lot of tryouts now can take almost a whole peacetime to finish due to the fact that a lot of the sim locations are spread far apart. I would like to try and offer tp's to factions that are hosting tryouts to help speed up the process. It gets difficult having to drive back to each sim as people die. I strive to be a good example to the enlisted. I have never had a warn or ban, and I haven't ever really lost my cool over the game. I try to stay level-headed in intense and difficult situations, this then helps me make rationale and reasonable decisions. An idea that we have been trying on the Taliban side is, I have had my officers and my self start dealing with the minges. We have been getting these players to join TS and the discord which kind of changes there behavior. They start making friends and wanting to stick around on the server longer and wanting to minge less. As a staff member I would like to push this idea even more throughout the server.
