Referee In-game name: Yandere SteamID (https://steamid.io/): STEAM_0:0:83266552 In-game rank: VIP Mod Why are you applying for this role?: The Mastergamers is new and needs people to fill the role everyone is of a higher rank and so I cant apply to be anything else besides a Referee and I don't mind we need Referees so people don't cheat in the game so they can get money for cheating. I also like enforcing the rules so why not be a Ref. I have never been a ref for any server events ever and I have always wanted to also the amount of pay each player gets for winning will bring a lot of people to cheat because they have no money so having more then one ref available will help the game go steady if we get rid of the people that are trying to cheat during the event we can remove them from the event if need to do so. If you could make one improvement to one of the current events what would it be? I personally would not make the over all winners get the amount they got last time the $500,000 is a lot to give to 5+ players I would have divided it up so they get what I like to call the winners pool meaning they don't all get $500,000 they will get that divided the players that were in the winning team. You don't have to do this part its just an idea.

+1 After seeing that post and pic I can see how easy it is to get people banned just using a TMods name and using @ Chat.

+1 Why this big +1 well you put a lot of effort into this app and even tho I have never met you ingame I still feel you should join the staff team.

-1 - 4 warns in 40 hours of playtime. - Diss in sit is not acceptable There are more reasons why but I think you get were I am going at. Recommendation: Get more hours on the server, get to know the staff team and maybe latter down the road apply again and you should have a better shot at this. Now is not a good time to apply.
