Welp this isn't a bad application at all but I feel like it could be worked on a little bit more. Your 2 paragraphs are kinda "minimum required" as Yamagata said. Id like to hear more about you and why we should choose you over someone else. Give us more, we want to know who you are! I didn't really have interactions with you at all but you got some good playtime and good referrals. You also seem to have quite a reputation among the server. For all those reasons, I'm gonna say that I'm neutral for now. Id like to see you more in game and maybe have some interactions with ya. You seem like a nice guy. If I see you active on the server and if you work a bit on your app after feedbacks I might change my decision. Anyways, good luck my man!

I don't really remember seeing you in game or having an interaction with you, but your paragraphs are decent and you got some good playtime. BUT there are some major issues with this app and I simply cannot +1 1) You did not read the rules and even got upset after being told to go read them again. (People are trying to help trust me, it's not against you.) 2) It looks to me like you have a short temper, seeing the way you reacted to criticism. (Patience is vital when being a staff member) 3) You lied in your application and were disrespectful towards staff : "but its cool ppl who buy mod should not have a say tbh but thats what i think of it." Alright, so at the time there was no mayor or chief of police to place up a sign in PD. So the KOS/AOS past doors would not apply since there was no sign ( or a random police officer place one , but still wouldn't apply) . Ill be linking a screenshot down below of your listed kills, 2 of them which are with a stuntstick (stuntstick abuse? Maybe) . Since you weren't damaged by the people you killed, RDM applies and you killed 3+ people so then Mass RDM applies. I don't think the ban should be reduced but maybe Unintentional Mass RDM ( which is 1 week instead of 2 ) could be considered since you are new ( lvl 16 I think ) and don't really know all the rules of Police job.

Alright, so here's my side : after seeing the video evidence (gonna link it at the bottom) and the logs, it clearly showed you, adverting raid and not assist as you said multiple times during the sit, and then killing 3 people that were inside. All that happened while a clear building sign was on the front of the building. I was already nice enough to reduce his ban to a "Unintentional Mass Random Deathmatch" since I truly believed you did not see the building sign. I'm gonna add to the subject that the time of death of the hobo + the time of the advert, fit with the rest of the kills (3 in total) and he then adverted over. I don't think you need to explain yourself... -1 is a -1. Loco if only one person had a bad/toxic moment with you, doesn't mean the rest of the community is against you. Just keep your head up and wait for other reviews. Staff application is not the place to argue lmao.

Yeah I got no choice but to -1 this. You obviously did this application in like 5 minutes or so and didn't put efforts at all making it. There are so many things wrong with this app but here are the major flaws : - Steam ID is wrong - You should at least be able to tell us about your warns.. You can go in-game and check it out. - Same thing said above applies to your playtime. - I don't think I've really seen you in-game - Paragraphs are way too weak to be even considered. Please put effort and work on your application. - Please answer the question How much time do you have to contribute to the role? with a number. - Didn't answer to the hobbies question. Lack of attention or you just don't care? - You didn't read staff rules... My decision is final, I'm not gonna change it to a +1. Please go read the staff rules, put more work on your application and buff that little line of text up to 2 paragraphs (its the minimum). I'm sure you can come up with a decent application, good luck.

@Ucfjoey32 @PapaKrabbe Alright here's my side and what happened. Joey was building in the middle of the city, like everyone else does when they join the server. He then proceeded to put a Building sign, which, he is right "when you have a building sign up one should stop rp." But when PapaKrabbe entered the building, he proceeded to shoot him ( I explained to him that building doesn't mean KOS) but he got himself killed. He than came back a couple of time without waiting NLR. Papa just kept killing him since you can technically kill people who break new life rule.

First things first, I don't think I really ever saw you in-game. Your playtime is decent though. Then, PLEASE PUT SOME EFFORT AND WORK ON YOUR APPLICATION! First, its barely two paragraphs and I'd even go to say barely 1. Second, we don't really get information from those lines of texts ( a situation doesn't really give us a good idea of who you are and what your qualities are ). Finally, as I said, we want to know you, so drop some hobbies please it's not hard to find and I'm sure you got tons of em. For now -1

Alright, I don't think I saw you in-game before, but I trust Shin's interactions with you. I would give you a +1 but there are some points triggering me a little : 1- Your paragraph is decent but I feel like you are beating around the bush. Id like to know more about you in these paragraphs (go crazy and write more, tell us more about yourself) 2- There is quite a lot of grammar errors. You can use free corrector like Grammarly. 3- You said you don't have a way to record. There is tons of free screen recorder online (If you can run it ofc) like OBS, Nvidia software of Radeon, Gamecaster, etc. Overall you're application is good! I think its some small things you can correct easily. For now, I'll give a -1 BUT If you work on those tiny details I will change it to a +1. Good luck!
