You then came back and did that. Edit: Do not build in the streets (Unless your job allows for it). This includes partially blocking streets, checkpoints, megabases, etc.

+1 Yes he has low hours, but he has put in the work in just a couple days to prove he wants to be an addition to the team. He's got a good understanding of the rules. Which is pretty good being that some staff still seem to be incompetent in some situations. I don't understand how when someone has the "minimum hours" to apply that they're in the wrong and still should wait and put in more. I've seen on multiple occasions where someone who has 200+ hours knows less about the rules than someone who has 30 hours. In my opinion it just tells me that you're scared that someone who has less hours than you will do better than you.

According to the video it is attempted mass. And you did admit to it. The only thing i see happening is the ban reducing to a week for unintentional. No matter the age or rank you are on the server, rules are rules.

The first time I was told that I had too many warns, but many people told me to reapply when my warns were gone. So here I am. I would dedicate a lot of my personal time on the server to try and better it to the best of my ability. I just got back into gmod not too long ago, but I am a quick learner. I would be fair no matter who is in the sit. Sadly, not everyone feels that way though. Some people will lean towards their friends and that isn't fair. I would listen to both sides before coming up with any verdict. I want to see the community grow into something huge and positive and I would like to play a role in helping that.
