The reasons you should choose me over other applicants is quite simple, I have put a lot of time into the community by helping others and just having a fun time. If you're staff that plays during the time I play you should know me from making a report every 5 minutes xD but in all seriousness, I want to help the community grow and become a better place. In my time playing there have been numerous times where a staff member has not been on when there are people Mass-RDMing and Prob-Blocking spawn and I wish to change that. I value other players experience on the server more than my own. I want everyone on the server to have a fun time so that they would want to come back and share the server with their friends? Secondly, I understand what it takes to become a mod and I'm ready for the challenge. I have been in numerous sits so by now I think I could handle one. There have been moments when a VIP mod takes my report and doesn't know how to handle the situation or doesn't know what terms such as SSA, NITRP, and LTAP mean. It's a little annoying when you get into a sit with someone that doesn't know how to do their own job, but, on the other hand, will handle the sit professionally and quickly. I am pretty chill about situations so I would listen to both players side of the story and layout a reasonable punishment for the person that has caused trouble but if its something like a simple mistake that someone new has made and was reported I would most likely give him/her a verbal warning and help the person with what they are having trouble with. For example, when a new player joins and doesn't know how to make a base with working fading doors and keypads I will teach the person how to do it. I MAY NOT BE STAFF FOR TO LONG DEPENDING ON HOW SCHOOL GOES FOR ME also including work... Okay, so you're telling me if someone were to start killing everyone they see and someone reported it. The staff doesn't need to ban them even if they broke rules and is bringing chaos to the server?

(include any proof): I reported someone in-game for RDM and DankMemes accepted the report the person I reported left the game due to him losing his gun. Which he then checks logs and finds out that that person killed 2 people died and left and he told me that he was not going to ban him. He didn't ban him due to the fact he was unable to attend the sit since he left the game and said it was unfair to ban him if he wasn't part of the sit. I ask if he was going to get a RDM & LTAP ban and which he responds no. Towards the end I was frustrated so I just agreed with him and left the game since I didn't want to keep arguing over it... Evity - Regardless if the player is informed that he was reported or not he should've been banned That wouldn't even make any sense, That would mean you could break any rule and disconnect but not be punished due to the fact you didn't know you broke it

-1 Personally I feel like he is not fit for the staff team - Major Grammar Errors - An Error almost every other sentence - Low Playtime - 55 Hours ( Not too bad ) - Didn't seem 18 after I read that... Honestly, I will maybe change this to a +1 if he made corrections to his spelling. That was mainly the only thing that made me -1

Look over it again for a possible +1 - Has been banned before (Which does concern me a little) - 1 year from the minimum age requirement ( Isn't a bad thing depending on how you act in-game I haven't met you before so I wouldn't know if you're mature or not) Neutral - Good Playtime - 117 Hours - Few referrals - Does meet paragraph requirements (seems very positive in the paragraphs) App is good
