Your clan also had auth on the same TC nextdoor to this raid as Yeitz.


Yeitz is on your clanmates steam friends.


Your clanmate Villain was also extremely toxic in our Discord upon being banned, so he was banned there too.


Overall I don't think your appeal should be accepted. It's only an active ban for about 5 more days.

Admins can extend the bans past two weeks based on severity and previous offenses. I don't see a need in immediately permabanning for using slurs if its a first offense.
I've seen people come back after their temporary ban, realize they like the server, and begin abiding by server rules more closely.

This is intended to clarify where players are allowed to build.



The cave base may be based in, just do not require people to swim while cracking keypads and do not make the enemy raiders have to defend themselves while swimming.



The hidden waterfall base may be based in. Do not put your props flush against the false wall making it difficult to see the entrance.
Your props may start a few feet behind the false wall.

The owner of this gun-store may build in the alley next to it, up to the sidewalk, as pictured.



Basing in this shack is allowed, even though there is no buyable door. Use a keypad & fading door.



Basing at this location in the suburbs is allowed, as long as raiders don’t have to crack the keypad while on the ladder.

The easy answer here is:
Some totems are an instant reward like money or xp or both (artifact,briefcase)
Some totems are 1-life (baby totem, balloon totem)
Some totems are until you disconnect (hot dog, protein egg)

These differences are intended.

The minimum used to be $10 for like 2 years, but many people were upset about that so garnet added a $5 option.


We would love to add a toggle for subscription credits, but we haven't exactly figured that out.
AFAIK, the configuration for the addon that we use to handle donations only supports either-or, not both simultaneously.
For now this is denied, but we may look into this at a later date.

[prop hunt (stolen idea)]

Currently only Garnet has the ability to set someone's model on darkrp. If that ability were granted to something like Manager+, I could see that being a popular event.
However I doubt that would happen due to the obvious unbeknownst abuse that could occur if players aren't monitored heavily during such an event.

The only change here that's worth looking into is forcing motd to open on someone, which we used to have.
That command doesn't work any longer.

We do use verbal warnings for new players. We only use jailing as a medium-level punishment and they're usually paired with a !warn.
I doubt any changes to jailing are on the way. We have limited development hours at our disposal, so we have to prioritize better ideas.

[referral codes/recommendations]

I do like the idea of implementing a refer-a-friend bonus onto the server, but maybe not involving 1000 !credits. 

Maybe instead of leaving a -1 and moving on, lets flesh out a better system that is enticing enough to use but not worth abusing (or impossible to abuse)

To address the issue of "people will just refer their alts":
[IM ASSUMING] The system would not allow you to "refer" an account that has already played for 5 hours. So existing alts would not be referrable, and only brand new alts would be able to be referred.

The reward value would need to be balanced around the price of gmod.

Maybe the reward could be something like: 1 forbidden crate, 2 garnet crates, 100 !credits, and 500 standard_points.
The reward could go to both the referrer and the referred player.

The goal of adding standard-points was to try and incentivize the average player to build up a higher playtime for cosmetic rewards.
Free XP/money is a fine reward for finding an "artifact" totem, and the totem does not need to be buffed further.
