staff are not expected to give their evidence a year after the punishment is handed down. bluedru has recently been removed from staff as well so getting his opinion/evidence could be hard. waiting a year is a very good way to get your appeal denied.

+1 it is actually a good app (just formatted terribly, not his fault, its the stupid text formatting) and he is active ingame. many grammar errors though. overall I think unless there is some other issue there is nothing wrong with him getting a chance.

Edit: this was also not ioms because he got banned again for accidental propblock before ioms became staff, and somebody cannot get banned for accidental propblock if they are already banned lol.
