What does the term Professionalism mean to you?:Professionalism to me can be broken down into 3 aspects or ideals, that being competence, integrity, and respect for yourself and others.
- Competence being that of you having the skill set and job knowledge to either execute your task with ease and productively simultaneously.
- Integrity being the ability to take ownership over your work, and having the ability to have structure while doing said task.
- Respect is the last major aspect for me at least. Respect is key is having a stable work environment, that being between you and other associates or even with your employers and with personal life.
How do you hope to improve ISI?: I plan on improving ISI by involving myself more into the roleplay aspect of this server, boosting moral, intelligence, and overall productivity for the organization.

No Collide Props are not to be used on the server. In order to gain access to a no collided prop you have to dupe it from Singleplayer, and/or from someone else in game, which is considered an exploit.

Well to begin a response, to what seems to be just a rant about how you think I handled situations, here it goes.
You made two reports on players when generally yes it would be considered RDM, but both instances were called into question when both parties had conflicting stories of what unfolded, He Said/She Said for a better understanding. I then indeed check logs before resolving the sit, just to check if anything misaligned. Damage Logs had been reset, and I proceeded to inform you that without evidence of a screenshot or video that this report would not be going anywhere. You then decided to scream in the sit and start making remarks in OOC, to which I never usually have an issue with due to being here for this long. However you and your friend, and yes your friend before you decide to to counter that claim, decided to post something in OOC that went beyond making a small remark to my ability to staff on this server. You two make a False accusation of saying I have Child pornography on my computer and that I distribute it on discord. You may not think this is big deal, Its just the internet what harm can this do. Unfortunately This community has been privy to some unfortunate circumstances that not even two months ago, actual sex offenders infiltrated this community. We do not take lightly to anyone spreading false information, and definitely do not take lightly to serious allegations being made. This is not a place to rant about you not getting your way, and definitely not the community for you.
As for the MRDM that was happening, the two players Hotboxes and JakJakNeo Have been banned.

Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]Generally speaking I would say my work ethic is the overall factor that would signify why I am the better applicant, I've worked all my life and I've been able to translate that into video games with grinding hours.
I've been here for coming up on 7 years on and off again, I know the rules like the backside of my head and I've seen the In's and Outs of the community. Been staff too many times to count at this point but I will say its always been beneficial to the servers health and growth. My experience can help change outcomes or give players a better experience by giving a different POV to situations. I have the ability to step back and look at situations entirely and give people the benefit of the doubt before acting.
Staffing wise I can deliver professionalism, and help newer staff out if they have questions or can't decide an outcome/punishment for a player.

2019: MEMEWARE Ban- Got banned with people I was in a discord with, someone thought we were selling cheats, just a total misunderstanding.
