What’s the highlights made on HuDL?

Let me rephrase my statement, the three states I mentioned have the highest number of d1, d2, d3, naia, and juco athletes coming out of them, statistically they are the powerhouse states for football, northern states are more known for basketball and lacrosse, Midwestern states are wrestling states, maybe we’ll throw Cali into the mix for being a good state for football but it’s mostly privatized and handpicked schooling to bring better athletes in to make better teams

Ohio is a wrestling state my guy, Florida texas and Georgia it’s litterally live and die by football, most nfl players out of these states

Horrible state for highschool football, texas Florida and Georgia are three powerhouse states

-1 I like the thought but it’s one of the most underused classes on the server, and it truly doesn’t need any more weapons

+1 He changed his mind about resigning a few days after putting it in and just waited to long for them to reinstate him. He was a great staff member and easy to get along with.

As one of the staff members involved, We brought you to a roof because you weren’t responding and sits we’re piling up as you were the only one on duty. You didn’t respond in game or in TS so fetn warned you and about 5 minutes later you still didn’t respond so I reconnected you. If you got shit irl to do just hop off the server or change classes, the whole point of staff on duty is so players can feel like they’re sits gonna be handled or they can rely on that staff member to do their job when people break rules.

So I was the one who told this guy to apply, literally every interaction I have with him has been entertaining and good overall to say the least. If I know the person is well enough to be staff why THE FUCK would I generally care if his paragraphs are not the best. Not everyone can be the best at writing or coming up with things on the spot. David seems like he generally cares about the server as much as the rest of us, he also has a full time job such as myself so He's on when he's on. This is the most backhanded -1 +1 I have seen, please stop trying to be Fetn and theta with how they have responded to staff applications or appeals in the past, This application had no filler to begin with honestly. Literally if you read the format it says why should we pick you not for someone to generally describe themselves so I have no clue where your getting half of your response. Also don't sit there and say you'll change your mind if he answers a few questions or changes things, The neutral thing is BS. Another thing is if your gonna talk about grammar or anything associated with it such as writing better paragraphs make sure your response is at least grammatically correct yourself. One more thing, don't @ people not directly tied to the application to try and get them to respond. Going back to David, as a staff member this would make sense to bring him on the team, he could handle things at night when people are asleep, and he hasn't had bad interactions with people. This is an obvious +1

This application is mostly filler so obviously it’s a -1, I don’t care about playtime as long as your have enough your good, but rewrite this application, tell us why we should pick you over others not you explaining your life or your time here...

Your a generally nice person in game and your chill, ive seen you on alot of times basing with different groups. Just Don't turn to toxicity or being Bias with some 3D members. +1

Personally I don't like your in game attitude, haven't seen you really interact with people except for 3D which in by association is another reason im gonna -1 this application, I feel like you would be bias in sits with them.

I met this guy in teamspeak today before i played with him and we had a good conversation before he even found out I was staff. We ended up basing together and he seems to know the rules and the ins and outs of the server just by how I have seen him interact with players. +1

You brought a situation that was handled in game to the forums. A staff members say is a staff members say. plain and simple As for the NLR sure it was wrong to come back, it was litterally to kill Shin. Personally I feel like you two should avoid each other in each and every way possible, you also asked for my opinion in game and I gave you the explanation that from a staffs pov this is non malicious and is numerous hours later from when you made the report.

So in the past Ballpark was a little different and we all are in our situations but over the course of a couple weeks I have seen a change in attitude and positivity from this guy. As some of you know I don't give out referrals to just anyone. Prior situations shouldn't apply to newer ones in this case staff applications. so for this I am going to give this application a +1 Good luck on getting staff. Sincerely Austin

Damage logs are very much enough in this situation, in order to kill someone you must have been damaged or it be a raid or mug. I felt i didnt need to see the video in this situation, he still damaged 4+ people in the matter of seconds for shooting at him. They were also not involved in the 4 sits that transpired

The Damage and kill logs were sufficient evidence, it wasnt me refusing to look at the video, he said he was streaming, and his friends said they would make an appeal and post the steam highlight on the appeal

(include any proof): I banned a player by the name of RED REKM for massRDM due to sufficient evidence of what transpired. Damage logs that had not been reset showed that the players he killed had not damaged him, nor did he advert a single thing. This was blatant mass by a player that is level 45. The issue would have ended there if he would've appealed it like I told him after he tried showing me a video after I told him logs were enough in this case. After he was banned two of his friends that were also on the server made two reports that @egoistic707had claimed asking why they're friend was banned, we told them what happened and that they could go and appeal it on the forums. His friends then started mass adverting "FREE REKM" After the Adverting had stop I go back to roleplaying in the server and i see a ban string put in chat by CyberSword. His banned was lessened from 2 weeks which in my opinion is fair due to him being in two prior sits for RDM before his MassRDM, to one second and he instantly joined the server and his friends started saying look admins I told you I was right. Cyber said he watched this "video of the incident" and said the executive team made an executive decision for a verbal appeal which in my history of garnet gaming has never been a thing unless that staff member is Management+. He then gave a experienced player two in game warnings which I do not believe should've happened the player should have made a forums appeal like everyone else.
