To be honest Duel. I am not even sure its worth my time to argue and bicker with phantom to get myself unbanned. When unbanned: my promos were forcibly delayed, I was called names and specifically targeted by phantom, my reserves were stripped one by one, it seems that in the two years I played on this server became nothing. I was banned for wrongful charges and now here I am, being permabanned for wrongful charges. Phantom go ahead and lock or whatever. Ima do my own thing. Peace.

So in a region where this screenshot isn't capturing my IP(alleged) is there?

I read their posts but still didn't understand why they called you out like that. Most of the points you made were true and It confused me to see Duel, one of the players on this server I hold true respect for being right most of the time, arguing a point that really doesn't make sense. I'm currently also doing a grad degree so I can somewhat understand what you were getting at in the post(can't imagine doing something as rigorous as an MD and running a server). Glad to hear you're trying to be more in tune with the server and challenging yourself to work harder for it. However, Stress snowballs really quickly(personal experience), especially when you gotta juggle stuff so try to not burn yourself out. Cause you make Garnetgaming what it is. Went ahead and considered the following list(based off the posts you made in the referred to thread and some stuff that I kinda remember that may or may not be wrong) of what you had to sacrifice for this server, that is for the most part free to play: The opportunity cost of you spending hours of your life learning skills that is not likely to benefit outside of Gmod or translate into IRL stuff(skills like Hammer, Lua, Server stuff, etc.) The opportunity cost of you maintaining his donation portal The cost of running your server(server host, website, TS, advertising?, etc) The opportunity cost of you building a staff team up and maintaining team Opportunity cost and Cost of designing new features per user(who may have not even put a single dollar into GG) suggestion(coding, new maps, etc.) and this is just the stuff I came up in like 5 minutes. Regardless of the kids, trust at least someone attempts to understand the depth of your labor. Anyways, welcome back Garnet its been awhile . PS: if you do ever decide to shut down the community, I would be willing the purchase the community(forums, server, maps, dev stuff from over the years) if you're interesting on at least recouping some of your costs from over the years.

I fail to see any adverts about tryouts. Furthermore, minging is not an excuse to mass.

Again. I am going to need to see something in rules about that. The majority of your accusations are for crimes not defined in the rules. I agree with the first sentence. My comments that were made out of RP cannot be reflected to my actions or intent in RP.

1. In that case, wouldn't I be able to report those with names such as MARSOC GEN(when MARSOC goes up to MajGen) or 11A GA(when Army doesn't use that rank anymore)? According to the lack of administrative action in regards to these actions as well as precedent. Names of this kind do not appear to be FailRP. Thus your point is null. 2. No Intent to RP means that I am not willing to RP, as in describing my RP character doing FailRP actions, for example, my comments were made in OOC. Thus my comments in OOC cannot be justified for a NITRP because the comments are out of character when the crime NITRP is in character. 3. I agree that the charges against me are 2 counts of 1 rule violation and 1 of another. 4. Show me where that is stated in the rules. Refer to the above post.

1. If you can refer to me in the rules where doing "Former RANK NAME" is not allowed I would appreciate that 2. OOC means Out of character meaning I cannot be reported for No Intent to RP because I was not talking in the context of RP. My comments were in OOC. Those comments are not reflected by my RP character. 3. That's two rules not three. 4. If you can refer to me in the rules where NITRP is a violation I would appreciate that. However, I do admit to committing Disrespect in OOC(which is a rule) and am willing to take the punishment for it.

But what does this gotta do with RDM.

After recounting for Duels I have reduced RDM counts and removed players from my report. My apologies for my error and to everyone inconvenienced.

I am reporting you for RDM, of which I have included proof. You are claiming that is not the case, in which requires proof.

Can you prove these RDMs were tryouts(Saw no adverts).
