bans like this are usually issued by very high ranking staff members, and thus would only be able to be removed by them, so you will have to wait for @evity or a manager to look at this and decide. In my opinion this "appeal" is very half assed and it seems like you dont even care to get unbanned... if you really care at least put some effort into it and try to show some regret for your actions.

VIP feels like a pretty useless purchase when i have to grind the levels to use a majority of the jobs, I think that all vip jobs should be usable at level 1. Another suggestion I have is to remove the level requirement for non-vip jobs if someone is vip (mayor, meth manufacturer, etc.)

(include any proof): I was basing with Jigggy, and a cop kept false warranting, false arresting, and destroying our printers. I made a report and after about 10 minutes of no reply I sent a few messages in staff chat asking what was going on. When no one responded to me in staff chat, I asked in ooc where all of the staff members went, and someone told me that they were afk and I should /demote the guy instead. Since I did not see any staff handling sits or even talking in OOC, I /demoted the guy, but the vote failed. Minutes later, AJ came back to his computer and claimed my sit. He teleported me and the guy who mass RDA'd, and, after a short look at logs, told me that I would be warned for demoting while staff are online. Why should your warn be removed?: I think it should be removed due to the fact that since AJ was not responding to any sits or messages, I assumed him to be AFK and went on with the demotion vote.

It does need to be fixed.. it is too easy for minges to abuse it, and most players don't think about welding their base after they build it.

Posting the video here will help, but these screenshots disprove a lot of statements made by the banned party in the appeal. Despicable that someone would lie like that in an attempt to get unbanned even if it means getting a staff member in trouble. if you have "im technically in the wrong" in your ban appeal its not going to get accepted, sorry mate. Wait out the time and dont break any rules when you come back.

Overall +1 from me The paragraphs in the application are a bit sketchy with the lack of commas and other grammatical basics, but the main message i got from reading it is that he is very motivated and excited to get a chance at becoming a staff member. Keep that same energy if u get accepted man, best of luck to you.

The dupe I was using had a large wall all the way around the courtyard, with one no-collide and see through. My KOS sign applied to anyone touching/past the no collided prop, so naturally I killed everyone that passed. After a while, I was brought to a sit by LegionLion. He told me that what I was doing was mass RDM because my base was a fail base and that he was going to have me banned. This confused me because not only have many staff members based with me while i was using that dupe, but one actually helped me critique it while I was building it and told me to add the no collided prop so that the base would not be breaching any rules.
