+1 I only see it as beneficial and don't see a reason to not have it in-game either. If other players are using external ones anyways then it's better to put it back in game for players that don't go download one so it would be fair if it's even considered an advantage.

+1 because there's yet to be proof that he massed or did more damage. We only know of 2 kills.
