What Happened?: I was banned for cheating even though I wasn't
Why should your ban be removed?: First, I just want to say this is not an apology because I know "Ban appeals are no place for apologies" even though this may sound like one I promise it's not. Also, I know this has a high chance of getting denied because I have no proof from my side only my word, but I still want to try to get back into a community that I love, this is also a chance to be able to look at the evidence or possibly to get unbanned in the ban wipe. And since I have only my word I can't really give solid evidence but here goes. The next thing I want to say is it doesn't make sense that I would hack because I spent around 150 - 200 dollars on this server, and I know people are gonna say that Tora and Ozzy did it so it would make sense, but they were finished with this community and had played for a pretty long time, but I've spent around 7 months actively playing on this server so the logic just really doesn't add up. There has also been no evidence shown of me hacking (inform me if I'm wrong) that I've seen and I know there is evidence because I know upper-staff would never lie like that but I just don’t know if the integrity of the evidence wasn’t strong enough to get me banned. Also, the way I found the Options/Commands was through a video of where they show you how to get higher FPS on GMOD and they say in the video if you set it to this setting certain things may not be able to load so after I put the first command in, I decided to take the advice the youtuber said and put down the mat_dxlevel to 70 and then all of a sudden my game was running a bit faster (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NRKMau_WDxo). I think I should be unbanned because I never cheated, everyone has access to this Option, and I was never informed this would be considered cheating. I think I should've been told that maybe this was cheating because I never knew at that time that this could be considered cheating and I would've immediately fixed it. I know this doesn't have a high chance of getting accepted but I just hope you could try to help me get back into the community
I believe you were the one who approached me about your ban and I specifically told you to go to Garnet and explain your situation to him and if he thought it should be looked into to tell him to contact me/Gildarts. Neither of us have been contacted from Garnet regarding this matter, so what happened with that?

^Good reference points as to how Normac doesn't change and would not benefit the DarkRP staff team.
Also, IIRC, he ban evaded on an alt named "Eights" and was banned for that as well.

I'll handle this thread since Ethan is involved. I can appreciate your apparent ability to understand criticism, I just doubt your ability to respond to it, which could affect sit taking a bit. However, I know you are an engineering student and are not stupid. I will talk with Ethan about addressing your blacklist and if we can come to an agreement, we can take you off and give you the ability to apply again. (I still recommend taking time to get into the community again before applying).

For the most part, staff who accept applications don't necessarily need to take community input into consideration, although it is a good tool of judgement. For me personally, I haven't been able to see you personally apart from your interactions with others on your application, which I must admit were a bit unprofessional in my opinion and I can understand why Ethan denied your application.

I think the reason he blacklisted you was because you failed to adhere to his instruction to cease making staff apps and improve on what was critiqued on your staff applications. Making an app as soon as the "cooldown" ended without showing any improvements can be seen as disrespectful and just staff app spam since you weren't offering anything new.
Instead of appealing it, I would think of it as a probationary period and wait for Ethan or another executive to approach you when they observe a noticeable change in your behavior.

Honestly I do think we should implement the new weapons (MSBS, FAMAS, Honey Badger) onto the server in some form, and at this point just add the P90 as a donation option. It's not that great but with some edits (to be like other SMGs), it would be cool to have in use.

I've seen this act too many times. I would not want him on my staff team. However, considering the state of DarkRP, it really does need more moderators, but I would put a hard cap on this guy if he is accepted and never allow him to go beyond Moderator.

Talk to your Army leaders about it. We are not going to make a requirement for a faction to join TS, although it is helpful.

I've already addressed this with Shrugger in a PM.
To Shrugger: NITRP has been a thing and although not necessarily in the server rules, it is definately in the staff rules. Also, you do know about it, so using the "nOt In ThE rUlEs" excuse isn't going to work here. Also, using "Former GA" in your name is not allowed. I've been lenient to others who have done thigns like that in the past, but it still should not be a thing.
I've already told Shrugger he has until midnight tomorrow to submit a public apology on the forums to Sushi and anyone else he may have attacked in OOC in a disrespectful manner, or he will receive a 1 month ban in game and on the forums.

Nevermind y'all, I was wrong. This guy is the greatest comedian of our generation and we are living at the same time as him.
