Nah he right. You went to different objectives every time on csdesert. There weren't 3 objectives that remained the same on csdesert like there are on taiga. And killhouse? That's like, the only fucking thing in the damn base. csdesert is just better, there aren't any slippery mountains and I was able to snipe someone across the map.
Also, RPG into TC. nuff said.

After talking with Gildarts and a few other staff members, it seems that you seem to contradict yourself often, such as switching between saying you were the ghillie on the hill and then saying you weren't.
At first, you put up no defense what so ever and piggy backed off of all the +1's that held little to no standing, until things started looking bad for you. That's where you started putting up a fight, which is suspicious on its own, but also started to making contradicting arguments.
Additionally, you have bans for cheating on multiple servers, one of them recently (3 days ago).
Apart from all of this, there are also multiple gameplay videos that have been posted to this thread that can be seen as sketchy. There have been many accusations with solid proof against you with pretty no substantial evidence to back your claims, with barely any effort put into your initial appeal post.

If you are gonna powergame the info anyway, you might as well just be able to read the name floating above their head.
This also didn't really affect the outcome of the server considering their "files/archives/whatever" are quite pointless and don't do a thing.

Both sides make good arguments based on the "old" rules (the rules that were up previously before now). In the past, it has always been you can kidnap even withotu a gun out, but whoever made the argument that you are a civilian with keys out and therefore should not be able to kidnap as one makes a sound point. However, with the rules (hopefully) being changed, there will be no more 2nd ROE of the sort. Up to this point, I find the "archives" and kidnapping for intel and finding out how people are dressed to be quite pointless, and has only created more trouble than good (eg. this thread and Conway's). I'm not saying they are inherently wrong reports, but petty.
When someone "metagames," I'm looking for a report on someone who did something to affect the outcome of the server, like using OOC info during war to push an objective, not call out models that he knew were GRU in his comms chat, got kidnapped anyway, and only got reported for the minuscule "infraction."
A lot of the staff's/potential staff's behavior in this thread was sub-par and will affect your evaluation as a staff member.

I personally think the MP5 is fun to use, but it is quite OP IMO. Should it get a nerf? Probably. I'll inform Garnet of this issue and we'll work out a solution if we deem one is necessary.

Don't duel right before war then? If someone decided to do it and they get stuck like this, just have a staff member respawn or slay them.
This is a minor issue and doesn't really merit a fix.

Also that report was just me getting pissed off due to the relentless basecamp by RU during that war, so I'ma take the blame on that.
It's good to see you are aware of the criticism you face as an SA, and I hope that other's who bring up ideas won't be shot down with "You are very passionate about something you do not understand."

As for a bottle of negativity, most of the people I have had interactions with on this server have been positive.
As for my criticism's about you, I still stand by them. More people do not like you as SA than you think. But you were a good gen of Marsoc.

You talking about the time I was talking with you in TS and he barged in memeing? Yea, I was talking about removing you a few weeks prior, along with the rest of the server. Also, the old "oh, there are a lot of people who don't like you as SA" story is..well..old. I would have thought you would understand this considering your "leadership" role of a falling faction. Any leadership position is always met with distaste and negative criticism. Granted, this is a game server and I don't expect children to understand this. I did also notice the things you did apart from playing wars, like reporting someone for accidentally switching jobs as you call kidnap, say yo uare going to hold them for 15 minutes, get them warned and tp'd back, then execute them on the spot. You're a G.
