Honestly, I know I said I wanted more responses, but Bishop's endorsement says enough on its own. I'm will to give you a shot at the position for Blitz. Once I get ARC set up on base (event will happen), I would like you to get with Bishop and whoever is Havoc to make ARC a great RP-oriented group.

Your behavior in the past few days have been less than satisfactory. I've already said mostly everything on your RANCOR app, but essentially your self-entitlement since before the server launched has left a really bad taste in my mouth. I would like to see you improve upon this and continue to stick with the server.

Mainly during events, as I am the only game master, I am trying to make things work best I can. It was just unnecessary comments in OOC (not from only you but other 327th members, but I have spoken to Jarold about this already) that seemed to undermine my efforts. I am all open for criticism where it is needed, but there are better times and places for that (suggestion on the forums if there was something you think could have been improved, or even PM me when I am not busy directing events for 50+ people).

You don't seem to have much support. You have come off as rude and entitled about the position, not only to me, but Bishop as well. You also failed to follow the format of the title, the most basic of the criteria. I don't see that you are fit for this position.

I think this is a good app, but I would like some community input. If I remember correctly, I feel you had a condescending attitude in OOC the first day or two and it kind of left a poor taste in my mouth. I don't want any of the commanders, especially on ARC, to get a hot head and come off as rude in OOC. I don't think this is a deal break, as I'm sure you would be willing to reign this in if given the position, but I would still like at least a few responses on your app before I make a decision.

As stated on the application format, this section is only to be used for players interested in an ARC Commander position (Colt, Blitz, or Havoc). Regular ARC Troopers will be selected by the future commanders to go through training. Either edit your app to follow this format or withdraw it.

Rohan was perhaps one of the most incompetent staff I have ever seen on GG and I have no idea how he ever got to SA or even Manager on DarkRP after his atrocious performance on the MRP staff team. If he wants to act like an idiot on the server again as a user, that's fine, but do not ever give this guy any position of authority on any GG server again.

We, the esteemed playerbase, quite frankly find it offensive that Ting has not been made Manager yet. Ting, the respected staff member of Military RP, has done much for the server. Such things include:
- DarkRP Moderator
- Military RP Staff TWICE prior to his current standing
- MARSOC under Remake, 3rd in command as ENLISTED (didn't get reserves for some reason)
- SSO, THREE TIMES, eventually lead it after Gamma (he threw the faction to Ting, as Ethan did to him)
- DEVGRU for HALF A MONTH, but didn't get promoted (under Silo)
- GRU, twice (left first time after 6 hours)
- Played in 2016, got WO in 1MD (nobody can corroborate this though, but he was 11 at the time. He only remembers UK and how fun it was. Left and joined again in Taiga Forest and MATT WATSON remembered him!)
Mr.Garnet, as you can see, this is an extensive and impressive resume. It speaks for itself. To put it simply, we demand that Ting be given the position he deserves. Players, please sign this petition in the form of a reply to this thread to show your support!!!

I would love to bring this map back and update it over-time to look better
It would be so cool to see Chaharikar back and see the town objective get expanded on to eventually become a larger city. When Delta was being created, I was under the impression there would be a town with multiple street blocs to play on and was a bit disappointed tbh. Chaharikar has a great base to go off of. I'm not sure what this would do to optimization, but I could see the other objs on Chaharikar being scrapped and turned into smaller outposts and dedicating most of the buildings/features be in the town.

I know I don't play much but I seriously think no map has played better PVP wise than Chaharikar. The town with both construction sites was so fun to play on and it was always the contested objective to play around. I liked the general aesthetic of the map. It may be worth looking into revamping some of its textures every few months. I've had this opinion for the last couple of years and I'll stick to it. It's not just nostalgia, I just never got the same fun out of any of the maps (except maybe Taiga v3) like I did with Chaharikar.

I would +1 removing 1MD. I wasn't going to have an opinion on this until Michael completely revealed to me he was completely incapable and unfit he was today. Now, I already knew he was an incompetent leader (removing my MARSOC/Marine reserves for trying to advise him on how to take Marines as a newer player. I let it go because I don't really play on the server anymore. Today, I get told (by Viz and others, NOT MICHAEL), that somebody was saying Me, Jackal, Conway, Shrimps, and Garnet are going to remove Marines. Now, I haven't talked about Marines in a while, let alone about removing 1MD from the server. I ask who is saying this, Viz tells me that it was Michael. Hmm, why is Michael making b old claims and not even confronting me about it? That's Strike 1. With Viz's permission, I enter the MARSOC Officer channel to clear any concern of me removing 1MD from the server. Jer, Regret, Witchings, and Fonza hear me out, with no response from Michael. Once I state that I have nothing to do with this, Fonza proceeds to tell me to stop cringe reacting his posts and then answers for Michael, who hasn't said a word yet. I ask if Michael even heard, and it seems no one knows if he is there, but Michael types that he did indeed hear. I tell him personally that I have nothing to do with removing 1MD. Shortly after, I am kicked from the channel by Michael. Strike 2. I PM him to let him know what I thought about that and I am met with these remarks. Strike 3. Here is the screenshot and part of why I believe that 1) 1MD should be removed and 2) Michael should be replaced.

There is the first problem. I don't know what happened since I left, but the upper staff should definitely not be convincing but issuing requirements and enforcing them. Factions don't belong to the leaders, they belong to the server.

Okay, hear me out.
How about instead of losing their name, they lose their rank. Theoretically, SOC faction leaders should already be enforcing some sort of policy that punishes their guys for getting kidnapped. However, this doesn't happen most of the time.
At the very least, if you want some sort of consequences for kidnapping, staff should be involved in one way or another. The name thing seemed like a really generous compromise. Those saying it would be too much work for staff to keep track of, all they would need to do is work with the faction leaders who should be the main ones enforcing this.
If this idea seems too high IQ for MRP, perhaps it can be tried elsewhere
