Switch the SKS to SVT 40 Increase the fire rate on both side DMR's (when it comes to marksman classes) 15% increase firerate Replace Merc's SVT-40 to the Vector Creating it CQC class instead of DMR class and same with venal Give 2GA marksman SVT 40 Give Army Marksman SR-155 I only see the problem with Base factions marksman so +1 for them -1 for the Rest of the classes AR-15 and AK is good gun for medium and close ranges.

I am suggesting a change and rework in the gamemaster division. Currently, the game master division due to recent events has gone pretty much kinda not good. I'm suggesting the gamemaster division to incorporated into staff division, making it to follow the same rules of any normal division. Putting this on the server will allow the MRP staff team to engage in roleplay experience by creating new ideas every week and implying it to in-game making more RP focus then it was before. How will quotas work? Quotas will work like this to start; you will still be able to take sits that counts towards your quota, but each event/operation that one gamemaster comes up with = three sits. What are the requirements? Thanks to special someone, conditions can be founded here Why can't we leave it to a regular user? Well, you see staff have a lot more abilities to do then—normal users. The purpose of this is to have a dedicated division to help create more RP and fun for the server and its factions. Ranks will work like this and how every division works in garnet, Gamemaster Member- Game master Staff - Game master Supervisor - Game master Director. Let's not get ahead of ourselves here what will happen to the rest of the Game master division? People worked hard to receive a game master rank, and it will be sad to take that away. Feel like Game masters should work together and create more Role-play experience for everyone. Personally, the game master should be staff division of some sort, and work on the central server first before going into the event server. AFSOC, I think AFSOC has room to improve needs a leader and needs a decent amount and competent members, feel like someone Taylor can be the leader for this faction to kick start it this faction, plus the faction classes even setup didn't get started right just was left in the dark. Think the faction is in well deserved of a 2nd chance.

+1 For Samsong, the sit already resolved I saw him change his name to Supreme Leader on PDSS whitelist. I was told that "Samsong is a big friend of garnet", so his actions are allowed, which is not a completely valid reason to get on and minge on the server, I get people are just having fun but set a terrible example for the new players. @eXg-Buddha Come in the channel joking making threats, I think you are setting bad example as DRP manager. Could be just a joke but still it was perceived to whitebolt as threat

You are so fixated on this thing of me hating staff, and you haven't spoken to me of recently I guess you have your own opinion on me. Anyways, you missed the part when I said reserves just need to be rework. If the player devotes time and energy to the server leaves because he gets burnt out, then a couple of months decides to come back onto the server in the same faction he has to restart? His progression will already be lost, and he may just choose to disband the server completely. Reserves are for respectable players that dedicated time and energy for the faction that left for a reason, and you'll know that will play the faction again. Keeps players that are on reserves coming back and holds MRP population up at least when comes to returning players.

You're telling me if a leader spends 1 year devoted to the faction, he leaves the server for a short amount of time and he comes back and shouldn't get reserves back? Sorry I disagree with this. I see the perspective of why you are removing it but I also think there could be a better way to rework reserves as a whole. Such as leaving to H.Admin+ discretion whether or not you keep the reserves, or the leader get to keep their reserves anyone lower between O-5 to O-1, leaders have to get permission by an executive to grant the reserves
