Once again another example of potentially banning someone who may have been hacking but fumbling it due to poor communication and lack of thought. Everyone pushing for this ban is from 1 friend group out to get Larry and everyone pushing for his unban are Larry's friends (including me). Having done this before my self, this was a rushed ban with mediocre proof that can easily be argued, not to mention one of the managers you guys got "confirmation" from is now denying it. This could have been a done deal if it was thought over more and more damning proof was collected, speaking of damning proof:

Knowing Viva and you personally yall have always had a high standard in terms of skill who you let in and often go out of your way to catch cheaters trying out as you have done in the past (ForestGump). Blaming faction leaders for people who may have started cheating possible after even joining is pointless. Honestly you don't notice when you play on the same side for most cheaters, it is way easier to catch cheaters when you go against them. The blame should be put on faction leaders once they are told about the situation by staff or trusted members and they still chose the ignorance path. Well said Gamma :).

Last over half year has been a good time, made some good friends I didn't expect to make, but now it has come to an end. This is mostly a resignation from staff and I will still get on for a war every once in a while. Unfortunately as the rules go, killing anyone in general whether it be consensual, vigilantism, any other kind is still RDM. Considering you have admitted to massing and there is no reason to RDM ever, this report will be denied eventually. If someone is minging, rdming, doing anything you believe is against the rules make sure you report it. The best chance you can have is if remake/simone do not provide evidence of you getting 3 kills. -1.

+1. Not only have you previously been staff, and a good one at that, you are also always helpful, welcoming and kind to the people around you. The only time you are "immature" is when you are around your friends and thats perfectly fine. I have known you since you were head-mod for the first time around and you have always put in time on the server when ever you can and have a good attitude with an unbiased mindset. Good luck.

+1 to the idea of adding something that uses money. -1 To the way vending machines were on delta for the little while they were added. Adding some sort of weapon system or maybe smoke/flash grenades would be useful. Money right now is absolutely useless other than having a large amount to flex. If not vending machines something should be added as a money sink.

+1. Everything has been said already but yeah seeing the same shade of purple for 3 different factions on each side looks kinda bland. Simple change that affects everyone in a good way. Hope to see this in soon.

+1. Recently I have been using MARSOC weapons and noticed how not only inaccurate but also slow the M82A2 shoots making it basically useless. Even with the 125 damage you will mostly be hitting arm shots more than usual due to the inaccuracy requiring 2-4 shots to kill. Having a decent sniper in a "sniping" SOC faction that compares to the orsis would be great.

So the people who have the claim, told you not to return multiple times, killed you in their claim and you massed them instead of staying away from the tryout like you had been asked. Yeah the forum appeals are for false bans and you just admitted to mass. -1.
