Issue #1: The Person who originally reported me was doing it in a joking manner: As far as I could tell from the sit, Bearboobs (who I believe was the one who reported me) was not interested in any sort of formal punishment. I've seen Bearboobs mess around before with behavior that could possibly be considered RDM, but with both parties knowing that it was light-hearted fun, and I don't feel that they would try to push for me to get banned. Nobody besides Bearboobs reported me, which makes me believe that either they didn't care/did it due to my second issue.... Issue #2: Deliberate Entry Into the Nerve Gas: While the Nerve gas was on the street, there was still quite a bit of space to maneuever around it/ avoid it. From what I saw, I saw at least ONE person deliberately running into it. I am aware that Jack had a recording, and I feel that if Jack were to reply with said recording, it would clear a lot of these things up, including the possibility of purposeful damaging in order for a mass RDM ban Issue #3: Promised Reduction of Ban, Followed By No reduction: During the sit, Jack questioned if I would rather have a 1 week ban or a 2 week ban. I was trying to defend myself, so I didn't want to take any of those options. (After all, nobody likes being banned.) However, when I was banned, it was for 2 weeks, and not the obviously more attractive 1 week ban. Issue #4: Possibility of this not even being "ATT MassRDM:" I never got a chance to see the logs, however now that I am thinking this over, I was damaged by at least 1 person during the incident. If Jack still has a recording of said logs (which I'm sure he does), I feel that there's a chance that instead of it being "ATT MassRDM," it could've instead been justified due to me defending myself, at least against the person who attacked me, thus possibly making it not MassRDM. Issue #5: It was never my intention to "ATT MassRDM": I understand the circumstances, but it was never my intention to RDM. I was trying to defend myself against the person attacking me, and the nerve gas happened to be the weapon that I clicked. God, this is late. Unfortunately, I may be unable to respond for most of tomorrow, due to travelling reasons. I'll try to get my hands on a laptop (or test out the mobile version of Garnet Forums, LOL), but I will probably be unable to respond. Nevertheless, I look forward to the video evidence, as well as the possibility of this ban being dropped, if not reduced. Thank You. Just a quick heads-up, was looking on other older reports and whatnot, I believe that if I am not completely pardoned, this ban would technically classify as Unintentional Mass RDM, which is only a week.

Had this (Sorta) happen to me before, I can see where aidan's coming from. I once accidentally copy-pasted the link of what was essentially Breaking Bad but in Spanish, and was perma-banned for it, however I did some good old fashioned pleading and begging and got out of it with a warning. I don't think it would be too difficult to check if an advertisement ban was accidental or not. While we're on this topic too, I don't think linking stuff like Wikipedia and Youtube (unless it's your channel or something) should be punished.

That's exactly the reason I made this post, actually. As of right now, there's physically no reason for Cinema Owner to exist or for that building to be locked off only to Cinema Owner. Calling me trying to explain why I based there "complaining and crying" comes of as really douche-y, by the way. The rules are outdated on Cinema Owner, which is why I put this suggestion. I probably wouldn't have made this suggestion if you guys didn't make a big deal out of my base there, but I appreciate it! Now more attention will come to this topic.

Then we should just let normal classes base in the cinema and delete the useless Cinema owner class. Deleting Solution B.

Cinema was cool back when you could actually watch stuff in there. But now, it's quite literally a barren wasteland. The doors are unownable, and only Cinema Owner can base in there. This leads to a large building in downtown being functionally useless, as Cinema Owner has no function, but non-Cinema Owner's cannot base there. I see two one main solutions to this: Solution A: Get Rid of the Cinema Owner class, as it is useless, and allow people to normally base in Cinema. Solution B: Reinstate the Video Player, giving Cinema Owner a reason to live. (I'm not sure why it was originally removed, so if it can be re-added, that'd be good!) Please let me know on what you think of these fixes! Edit: Solution B had problems that were posed, Solution A is now the only suggestion option. Edit Again: Apparently Solution B was fine.
