This sentence doesn't make any sense, and (if I'm interpreting it correctly) It's also a lie. Your last application was a week ago, and from what I've seen on it, I'm not seeing anything "good."

Description: I (and hopefully some other players) have been slightly confused by calling both the "Credits" that are bought with real money and the "Credits" that are earned just by playing the game. If possible, I would like to see one or the other be changed into another word, such as tokens. Reasoning: This would, although only slightly, would help benefit the server by clearing up confusion when people refer to credits. Additional Information: N/A

1/6. I am not in Trevs discord server as of now. With the Minecraft server, I am not a moderator on there and haven't played as of late (due to it being shut down), however I see this as less of an issue than the others, due to the reason that Garnet is not directly creating a minecraft server, thus little reason for me to not be able to play on it. 2. I know you aren't as active as I was in the vc, but while I was in that discord (For the minecraft server and the minecraft server ALONE), I was a fervent supporter of getting 2 people out of the discord who were known to be under the age for TOS. Like my response to 3, without context I don't know exactly what you're referring to, so if you have my discord, feel free to DM me the messages you feel are problematic. 3. I have seen some people post about this on my old application. Unfortunately, without directly referring to the messages or actions that were problematic, I can't directly confirm or deny what you're referring about. 4. That was over a year ago, and I hope my actions a year ago don't reflect my behavior now. 5. I haven't seen YOU ingame as often! For real though, I've been much more active, and with winter break I've played almost... daily? Thank you for your criticism Shin. Why should we choose you over other applicants? After my last application, I looked over why I was denied, more specifically why I was -1'd. Looking over them, It was mostly that I was "immature" and did suit the requirements for staff. Therefore, I thought I would try to act more mature. I have started to try to help newer players out in many ways, such as showing them the ropes of the game, reminding them to check the rules, and sometimes giving them a bit of money. I have sought to mature myself by trying to "suggest" people not do things such as diss or ask for staff in OOC, as well as simply acting more 'mature.' In addition to striving to improve myself, I have also sought to become more active, or at least become as active as I used to be. For a while, I didn't play Garnet too much, however recently I have strived to get back to my normal activity. Not only have I played on DarkRP more, I have also become somewhat active in MilitaryRP, which is pretty fun! As you can see, my hours are very high, and I have been active in Garnet for at least a year. Another reason that lead me to apply because I think people consider me a staff-worthy individual. While not a lot of people have said it outright, a lot of people have PM'd me or asked me in VC if I was staff so that I could help, and when I replied that I was not, they were surprised. If I possess so much of the qualities wanted in a staff that people mistake me for a staff what I'm not, then I thought it wouldn't hurt to actually become staff so that I could continue to help GarnetGaming. Finally, at the end of the Day; I just want to help GarnetGaming. GarnetGaming was the first DarkRP server that I can remember playing on, and the only DarkRP server that I can truly say that I've enjoyed. I have enjoyed both the environment of GarnetGaming as well as the community, which at the end of the day is all that matters in a server. Seeing as this is one of the best ways to give back to GarnetGaming (by keeping it clean from minges,) I feel that this is one of the best ways I could repay my gratitude. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: I was banned on 10-31-2019 for RDA + LTAP. My next 3 bans were appealed successfully. I was then banned for 2 days over what admittedly was a poor joke on 07-24-2020 for demoting while staff were online + LTAP. My most recent ban was on 11-27-2020 for NLR + LTAP, however I did not play GMod during the 3-day period I was banned and was unaware of the ban. Looking back on it, I feel I could have successfully appealed it. (Note: The 3 bans that I appealed will be here if you want to know.) +1. While I haven't played MilRP for long, Basecamping has been one of the most infuriating instances of gameplay. I thought about making a suggestion to either widen the arches, expand them, or to just remove the walls entirely, however I feel that basecamping rules should definitely change. Shit's annoying, man.

While I do agree with the paragraphs and the typos, the problem is that a lot of people are complaining about the time requirement. He still met the time requirement. Why should there be a time requirement if even though you're over it, you still get -1'd? I'm neutral on this app, I was just confused about why people are getting on him for the time requirement.

I have had problems with this, and while I know that sometimes people will leave without realizing they did anything wrong, then be banned for not being able to defend themselves (it's happened to me recently), it's necessary. If someone goes to RDM, get's reported then leaves, they still RDM'd. It's fair enough (if enough evidence is present) to ban them for RDM and NITRP, because that's all the Admins have to go off of. From my POV, it looks like they handled it as best they could. The main subject was not present, there was no guarantee that they would come back, so why would they postpone the sit until the next time the victim, an admin AND the accused were on. That'd be too complicated and would allow more RDMers to escape 'justice.'
