-1 I believe that you should probably redo this because its short 1-2 sentences. A lot of grammar mistakes but it's fine. The last sentence is better at the beginning as a starter statement. Besides those things I believe the paragraph is pretty good for a 13 year old. Don't bash current staff in your application. I highly recommend you replace these 2 sentences if you want the community to look at you in a good way. Bold, but most likely be true if I'm going to be honest. Your first two sentences in this paragraph were highly unprofessional so it's raising an eyebrow here. Fix these things and I will look over this again. Also, Frank, three's a crowd.

zzz Pretty sure a guy wont be satisfied when he's banned for 2 weeks for MRDM These 2 sentences are not needed for your staff app. You don't really describe what makes you different from the other applicants. Instead, you tell us that if you got it you would not abuse your powers, enjoy yourself, and welcome new players. And guess what, you can do all these things as a normal VIP. You can enjoy yourself and welcome new players just as much as a user. And you can't abuse powers since you wouldn't have any! I suggest a revamp of the first paragraph or at least just those last 2 sentences replaced. Nothing different from other applicants that would up your chances to be picked. Yes, that is what a staff member does. You can do that as a user. Theres only 1 way I can interpret this: Shade upon a current staff member(s). This is not the place to be putting this. The rest of that sentence is great BUT why didn't you just put all those reasons into your paragraphs instead of putting unneeded filler in 1 and a half of your paragraphs? -1 but if you put that last sentence and expand it across your paragraphs I will gladly change to a +1

Also, as stated above you said you were a VIP Mod and didn't say any other rank, did you not even be staff for a full month before going inactive? Questionable if you ask me. You would be trained as if you were brand new anyways. Thats cap, everyone breaks a rule at least once a day. Also, surprised nobody pointed it out but the first paragraph is actually one long run-on sentence! Theres no periods until the end of the paragraph. His reasons for being chosen are all seperated by commas! 16 year olds amirite. B) Sometimes bud, honesty doesn't really get you anywhere... Your past perhaps says otherwise. It also seems that a lot of repliers also have no clue who the hell you are even though you came back 6 months ago. Theres no point in continuing nitpicking your 2nd paragraph because it all says the same thing "I was inactive but I was a VIP Mod!" Your third paragraph is also pointless. Your point of "I constantly record" is pointless unless if you witness the rdm and then take the sit. Your paragraphs are bad to say the least. I suggest 3 things: Going back to basic english classes to learn how to write a paragraph, getting yourself actually known with this generation of staff/community, and after all that, reapplying with an actual good piece of work. *correction* ALL 3 paragraphs are run on sentences!

Regarding the part mentioning me and fetn. It's not filler, I'd call it a nice sprinkling on the brainmelt of 5 paragraphs. Nobody can gurantee this, bias happens in instinct, it's not something you can just say because it's impossible to be unbiased in 100% of reports. We will see xd. Kissing ass isn't exactly my kinda thing but I know some people enjoy it so. recycled from paragraph 2... The rest of your paragraphs are fine, no huge deals in them. Minor spelling mistakes that I personally don't care for because I knew what you meant. TL;DR Your paragraphs are fine, it seems Frank needs to stop assuming he knows what me and Fetn think about when we read staff applications. you mention your past, your skills with teamwork, your willingness to take sits when necessary. And your willingness to answer questions a player might have for him. You did good, +1. Not an Admin+ nor associated but the issue is, nobody reported him for those kills so theres no reason for you to ban him for those kills. Those kills could have been for any reason that you can't prove.

Remove the third paragraph as a whole and put more of what you can bring to the table of the staff team into the first 2 paragraphs. I have nothing wrong with your playtime, as every reply mentioning is immediately denied by Manager+

No, you didn't quite catch the mark, lemme show you. -1 Working out of order here but, why is this needed? The only thing I needed to know here was that you improved on your last app with a simple: "I have improved upon my past comments in my last staff application." Place that in one of your 2 paragraphs and it would have been fine, unneeded, but fine. This paragraph, is a waste of time to read. I see only 3 things in this paragraph. 1, kissing ass by talking about the amount of respect you have for the team. You respecting the team is something you can do as a user and the respect for the team wont bring anything useful to the table. 2, persistence by saying you have applied for the second time. Okay, you're really wanting to become staff even after being denied once. What does this bring to the staff table? You should be talking about your abilities NOT your personality. 3, you talk a LOT about just wanting to become staff. Okay? What does that make you different from the staff team? What is you wanting to be staff have to do with being a better staff member? The only good thing about this paragraph is that you mention your knowledge on the server. You talk about how you play constantly and don't plan to change that, which is great but it does not bring much different from the other applicants. You claim that your clean record was a hard thing to preserve, congrats but the thing is, I've been banned 3 times and warned many times more and still managed to make it to S. Admin in the past. Your clean slate means nothing to your abilities. You want to have a positive rep on the community which can be gained being a normal user. Also, you give the wrong message in that same message imo. The rest that I didn't cover was basically about as useful as writing gibberish on a college essay. *edit* TL;DR Your app doesn't tell us what you can do differently from the other applicants, it just tells us that you are a good user.

Yknow what, I'm quite surprised. Your paragraphs are quite good for a 13 year old, I was ready to find many issues with your reasons but to be honest, everytime I got a little sus'd out I read further and your reason made more sense. I believe with the effort put onto your paragraphs you show potential and the rest of the people say you are a good member of the community so I will +1

It seems Fetn stopped caring for staff apps so I'll step in again. *Exhale* -1 Alright, but you didn't exactly tell me how you'd improve the server, you just tell me that you're persistent and aren't willing to give up easily. Uh, well your only point in this paragraph is the same as the last one, you're persistent and a lot of the reasons you want to believe be reasons to be picked are really things you can do as a regular user/vip. Paragraphs have sentences but only 1 reason why he believes he should be picked over staff. You may be a good person in the community, but you didn't try on the paragraphs.

Was it not obvious you were planning to make another staff app in the future? Come on man the first like week you were chillin but to be honest you're just a more grown up version of what you were 2 years ago. You're different in how you treat people but its just equally as bad. Fetn prolly knew you were planning to reapply and didn't want accusations to stay as accusations and wrote up a document. You're practically preaching that Fetn is witchhunting you, he isn't he just wants better people on the staff team.

RDM is killing without an RP reason, raiding is in RP rules. The purpose of raiding most of the time isn’t for the money profit, just like how some people mug just to kill! Making a rule preventing people to raid bases with 0 raidables will kill this server as it’s darkrp not actual rp

Agreed, I suggest sizing it down so it doesn't take up a whole posts worth of space. But besides that its pretty cool!

I am a VIP Mod that is willing to be unbiased on a staff application. You are a T. Admin that is being toxic on the forums, you are expected to be unbiased but from what it seems, you are being the opposite. Nobody is going to accept a staff app if they have a super lacking staff app. Fetn believes the staff app is bad and from what he’s heard from others frank’s rep is bad aswell. You are being toxic for nothing. This is my last post on this thread.
