I personally would be willing to give you a shot simply based off the passion you put into your app, it's not just completely useless filler, you relate real life to the game and your morals which I can appreciate. I really wish you had more playtime. I see no reason not to let you have a go as long as no one brings up any in game situations that would hurt your reputation. +1

Later today or whenever I have the time, I am going to make a basic tutorial video on base construction, covering the obvious like how to make a fading door, welding your shit, etc. To my staff friends or just fellow players, what are the most common errors you see in a new player's base that they might not know how to fix? leave a suggestion to be featured in the video and I'll plug your name. It could be anything. After this video is made I will edit this post removing what all I've just typed and putting the video link and any relevant information with it. Here is the first noob guide. Keep in mind that this is the first one and I am not very good at speaking and keeping my train of thought. There will be more of these.

The alts limit themselves but having to run the game several times. This is ridiculous to propose because as shin said how would this even be enforced? Not even to mention buying the game several times. If someone spent over $1000 on their PC, bought the game several times, and wants to bot then have at it.

I referred him, here's why. Shadowking has supreme knowledge of how shit goes and how to run shit and he would be TREMENDOUS help with some of the newer staff. I staffed with him my first time around and he was always a cut about the rest, we need this man back. +1

I was going to take time and really pick this apart, but I'm not going to put more time into my reply than you did this app. I will simply say 5 of your 8 sentences are pure filler and you have let your referrers down with such low effort. So for context this was about 30 seconds after you put racism in ooc that I warned you for and you were apparently thrilled about it. You are not meant to mention anything not associated with garnet gaming or steam, which you did. This is quite literally advertising, which you should know with nearly 300 hours. It would be different if you asked in ooc if anyone saw the recent Lakers game, but you mentioned a gaming youtube channel in ooc which is strictly prohibited. I personally have no dog in this fight, I just put in a valid ban. If one of the big heads want to reverse or shorten your ban that's fine with me, but the ban was valid either way. SS

This is a very big issue for me atm because it screams troll, but we'll see your explanation. I have no problem giving this a -1 it does not look like you gave this much effort at all so your playtime means nothing to me. Fix the app (the length) and explain the forum rep and I will reconsider.

I don't know why you made some of it black, but it's still not the worst app I've ever seen. I also don't see any major grammatical errors. You seem pretty chill and I see you in game a pretty good amount and your referral list is pretty stacked so I'd say let's give it a go. +1

Your lack of girth on the app paired with this, what I presume to be a typo, tells me you did not spend any time on this at all. You also show anger all over the app which does not give me great hope for your staffing abilities. I complete the sit by patiently walking Player1 through the steps of properly setting up fading doors, making sure that all of his doors are correctly constructed and hold for 6 seconds, and of course checking them with the checker tool. Player1 does not get punished for his simple ignorance and leaves the sit having gained the knowledge of how to make proper fading doors. Scenario 2: Player1 has been reported by Player2 for rdm; however, this is not Player1's first report about rdm. I hear both sides of the story on what happened (For example's sake let's say that Player1 just flat out rdmed Player2 and there is no talk of the "He was behind my kos line" excuse) then confirm in logs that Player1 did actually fully rdm Player2 and inform Player1 that since this is a recurring issue with him, he will get warned and jailed, being careful not to jail him so high in the air that he takes fall damage upon release and send Player2 on his way. Scenario 3: Player1 has been reported by Player2 for rdm. Player1 says Player2 was past his kos line at the time of death; however, Player2 says that he was not and has video to prove it. I look at Player2's video evidence to determine if it can be used to leverage the case. The footage shows Player2 being killed from completely outside the base, I take a screenshot of Player2 dying outside as part of my proof of evidence as staff, as well as getting the link to the video. In the case of Player2 not having video the case must be dismissed, as you are innocent until proven guilty. Scenario 4: Player1 has done something unquestionably punishable such as propblocking spawn. There is no warning or sit, Player1 gets banned after I take my screenshot of the block, being careful to get the right person, making sure that he is not impersonating an innocent player as trolls sometimes do in that situation.
