I do not support making this a outright rule on it's own simply because it would be almost impossible to enforce. I also believe that while no one should be encouraging people to rdm, that the rdmer is fully responsible for their actions no matter what anyone said. I could see making it failrp to bribe people to rdm, but definitely not a full-on rule.
