I said play for a few more months AND get to atleast 100 hours. I didn't say it takes a couple month for 30 more hours. Also, I never said anything about his age?

-1 I don't really see you around much and your hours arent very high. I would recommend playing for a few more months and getting to at least 100 hours and then I would give a +1

-1 dont see a purpose. dont need soundpad when you can just use voicemeeter. there is tons of ez tutorials on youtube.

Personally I don't see why you don't think 13/14 year olds aren't mature enough to be staff. I was staff at 14 and I just got back in at 15 and you gave me your plus one. I only ever see you going neutral or -1 on peoples apps because there are around 13.

Neutral I do like your paragraphs and playtime but personally your ban history is worrying. unlike most I dont think being 13 is an issue as I was really young when I got into staff for the first time but I think you should really try and boost reputation.

I previously had to leave due to work and family stuff but I have recently had a lot more time on my hands so I have put a lot of hours into the server. I got a job! With this new job I have had less time to enjoy playing gmod and staff on the server so i've decided it would be best that I resign. I hope to come back to the staff team again some day but this new job has been really busy for me and I'm putting all of my focus into that. Don't worry i will still be around to bully you guys see you all soon!

+1 Pros: - decent playtime - strong and mature paragraphs - able to record is great. Cons: - Don't recall ever seeing you on ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think people will be weary of giving you a plus one due to your age but based off your paragraphs you would make a great addition to the staff team. I was first accepted into staff at 13 and I rejoined staff at 14 so I think maturity doesn't always depend on age. Hope to see you on the team very soon!

-1 Cons: - Never seen you online before - low hours - ability to record is quite an important thing. Pros: - well constructed paragraphs with strong detail - seems responsible for their age ------------------------------------------------ I personally think you should put more hours in and wait longer before you submit another application. A one day gap between applications isn't the best look. 100+ hours is also great goal you should set. For now I'm going to give a -1 but in the future this will likely change.
