Description: [The pickpocket would be a tool for the hobo/hobo lord. basically it would make it so a hobo would get a tool called pick pocket. this tool would be a chance based swep that would allow a hobo to take money from another player. the chances i would say would very from the persons in game level for example say you tried to pick a level 10 player you would have a 10% chances for a successful pickpocket and a level 90 character would have a 90% chance. this would also mean that you would only be able to pickpocket 100x the person level for example if you pickpocketed a level 10 you would get 1000$ if it was successful and 9000$ from a level 90 player but this would also mean a 3 minute cool down like the rape swep for the rapist. and finally the hobo would be kos if caught pickpocketing a player. ] Reasoning: [hobos cant do crimes for most things but in this case it would be valid cause a hobo cant mug they can only beg this would make hobo more fun and thrilling to play if you wanted to commit a crime as hob.] Additional Information: [a code would be /pickpocket or you could use the pickpocket swep edit: we can make it so that someone that has stayed still for 5 minutes or more cant be pickpocketed to avoid abuse
