(include any proof): so a few days ago i mag dumped void moon doge while he was in staff on duty gun shark tps me outside then jails me for 6 minutes no sit etc. I got annoyed by this and basically called him a bitch in OOC for a few days (already been warned for this). I also gave a lvl 2 a gun to kill him. So yeseterday 2/6/22 I raid a base near PD that he was in Killed him. Then i raided his base that was away from that area and killed him again. He takes me to a sit and tries to say im NITRPing and that i was breaking the NLR rule by killing him twice in two different areas even though i didnt die to him, I have no proof of this exactly. So I get put in a sit for 10-20 minutes as gunshark tries calling his higher ups and undermines the staff member that was taking the sit. I was pissed off by this so i would raid his base every 20 mins and kill him or attempt to and place hits on him. i was a hobo and put my penis base outside of his he reported me and the staff member made me delete it so I stopped bothering him. After that he logged off and i got on to a ban. Why should your ban be removed?: This only last like 3-4 days of me calling him a bitch and the rest of these events happened within a span of 2 hrs or so. I don't see how its harassment/toxicity if it only happened for a few hrs. The worst i did was call him a name on a gmod server and raided him like 2 times and called maybe 5 hits on him.. I never interracted with him outside of gmod. I didnt talk to him on discord/steam/social medias etc. Is it really harassment if most if not all of these situations were done in RP scenarios? I believe Gun shark was on a power trip and cant handle any shit being given to him and it was taken out of control. Yeah i was a dickhead to him but i wouldn't call it harassment. I would say its hazing but harassment is when you non stop days on end give the guy some shit and go out of ur way outside of the game to make his life miserable which I clearly didn't even do. id take NITRP ban if anything but not a harassment ban which these events only spanned between 2 hours besides me calling him a bitch.

If you had a KOS sign then it wouldn’t be RDM in ur property but if you killed innocent people ( not raiders) outside of the door it would be Rdm. @ShankNinja tagging ya so you get pinged. also threats (as far as I know) aren’t a reason to kill first. You can defend yourself (againts mugs, if they damage you first, etc) but if it’s verbal and they haven’t attacked you then it’s rdm if you kill them

Can’t do that you have to give a -1 or +1 based on the application. And if you don’t know who he is just yet you should just say “ Haven’t met him etc etc. -1. You say you will take every report which won’t really happen and there is nothing wrong with that because it’s a game you are supposed to have fun on. 25 hours a week is quite a bit but given the current global events I could see that happening. Now I haven’t been on in a few days I’ve been on LOA, but you should try to make friends with staff members and getting their referrals or having them be able to speak up on your in game behavior here. I can’t +1 without hearing someone else’s in game experiences with you. Your application could use some buffing up but overall you do tell us how you are going to be different then the others. I’m willing to change based on what other trusted staff members say about their in game experiences wit you

1. @ chat is used for staff to communicate to staff. 2. If you could give me some names that would be nice because it’s only a select few out of the many on our staff team that only takes sits. 3. Sometimes the report doesn’t even pop up. I joined and there was a full thing of reports before but I didn’t even see it. Regardless most staff just pick the top one and work their way down . 4 then click out of it and hit f1 or hit f4 and find the rules there. I can even link you it here if you want. 5. I made a comparison with law because it wouldn’t make sense to do exactly the same stuff from one community to the next without thinking hey maybe there are new rules that aren’t here

Like said above you admitted to mass rdming and you have to read the rules before playing on a server. @Graykidz (I believe this is ur acc I’m pining you so you get a notification). I’ll clear it up a little Incase you come play again. Before you raid you have to do /advert raid and when you die/ are done with the raid you do /advert over. By not doing this you are able to be banned for mass rdm because you didn’t advert it. Gray is in the right here
