Easiest +1 I could ever give. I love Roy!! He is such a humble guy and definitely the kind of person I would have no doubt excelling through the ranks. He is not only honest but he is also just in his decision making. Plus he’s got a badass accent . But really I would be extremely surprised if he wasn’t chosen. Good luck brother!

I love the suggestion. I think that it only makes the potential for some good campaigning to be used. @Shin_Tsukimii see your concern for it being an issue with minges and the fact that rdmers are loaded in the server, to combat that maybe the mayor could start with more health in effort to prevent that. But back to the suggestion I will definitely +1 it.

I’m gonna have to -1 this one. He was asking people about game rules earlier today that were blatantly obvious.

I think if we had a way to vote for mayors it could benefit the server. That way once one dies it makes it harder to come right back to being mayor again.

I want you to succeed just like anyone else man, don’t get me wrong. I just really need to know where your heart is in all this. Give me no reason to doubt your potential should you become staff. Reason why I stepped away from being staff was because my heart wasn’t fully in it so I didn’t want to drag the community down. So many staff members come and go and what we need is someone who can fully devote their time to making this server succeed. I used to be a recruiter in the real world so that’s why I’m so harsh on these staff apps because I know only the best will be good enough in my mind.

Aside from all the grammatical issues with your paragraphs, this really stood out to me. Does this mean you will give leeway towards people who are in your clan? Because looking back on your previous application you stated one of the reasons you applied was to benefit them. It’s kind of conflicting when you say you won’t be biased despite saying that statement. I’ll wait for you to respond before I give you my +/-

Paragraphs don’t necessarily speak about what you would be bringing in as staff. It’s same thing everyone will say when applying for the position. There’s so much more to being able to being forgiving to new players and always being honest. The honesty is expected out of anyone on staff or they will not make the cut. Being more lenient towards new players doesn’t always work because depending on the situation they may simply be on the server to troll and see what buttons they can push. -1 from me because I just feel that being a pushover is likely.

-1 look over past accepted staff apps to see how you can improve some of your answers. Also your paragraphs are kind meh, spice them up some.

WreckEM has been my name for as long as I can remember in the gaming world. It started out as Wreckemsaints which was a combo of Texas Techs chant because for the longest time I thought I’d be in school there, didn’t happen, and New Orleans Saints which pays tribute to my birthplace. People used to fuck up my name so I figured why not go with WreckEM. Also used to go by fortniteked91290 on darkrp for all the cringes to come out back in my staffing days.

Shelby is a great player and is very social with everyone in the community as well. Despite being on the lower end of the required hours, I can trust they will not only succeed but will push others toward success as well. For that reason it is an easy +1 from me. Good luck!

Wow. This really goes to show that we as humans need to do better than we are to each other. Sounds like a lot of the issues he’s having are with other people. Can we all stop being such shitty people and take time to listen? It’s not worth someone’s mental health being messed with, just be the better person you’d want someone else to be for you. I’m sorry to see Calvin leave, he had great intentions with his time on the server and it’s really sad to see him go out like this.

Hmmmm not sure that’s a good look for someone who’s wanting to be staff again. I know you got it revoked but, this is something that doesn’t sit well for me personally. If I ever need staff on a server I fully understand that we all make stupid decisions with some being bigger than others. Doxxing in my opinion is one of those bigger things. It’s a direct TOS violation on just about any server out there for good reason. For that alone I have say -1

You will need teamspeak for staff meetings and make sure you find some sort out of way to record gameplay for evidence purposes. They will not proceed to give you a go ahead without either. Also the paragraph you wrote doesn’t meet the 2 minimum required of the application. -1

Well despite being clinically diagnosed with PTSD, which makes every day a little weird and whole lot of unnecessary stress filled, I’d say I’m doing pretty dang good. Realizing that I can’t solely rely on myself to make me happy was a big thing to overcome. Letting others know what your struggles are is so beneficial in that the more people who are aware the more support you receive. Having said that, do I regret my time in the military? Nope not one bit. Would I go back in time and still sign my contract? You bet your ass I would. The military for me was more than serving, it brought out the desire to lead others to success. Some days since are better than others but overall I will always do what I can to make sure it’s more positive than negative.

Jorts not only seems dedicated to the server but also seems to be compassionate with the players of this community. Those are two obvious signs she would be great fit for staff. I’m sure that she will be very just in her duties and will be very successful at this new assignment should she be selected. +1
