Not only by age but, also from time in game. I have seen a ton of staffing changes over time and methods used. I have always leaned more towards the just and non-biased approach towards handling of sits in my past experiences as staff. I look for only the facts of the matter and not just hearsay. One of the main reasons I find myself returning to darkrp, garnet darkrp in particular is the fact that it's so tightly ran that it will always be consistent. When dealing with unruly members of the community I have always been calm and collective when explaining the reasons behind such policy. It sometimes works but, sometimes as we all know it does not. When all attempts to make a resolution are not working is when I would be more firm, not rude, in my decision making. I am not afraid to make the calls that some people would think is hard. At the end of the day, we are all here to do one thing, have fun. Many of you guys have known me for some time now and I am really excited to be given an opportunity to make a great impact on the server as a whole and for those who are new to our world. I often get asked why I am not staff anymore due to the vast amount of knowledge I have to offer. Well now it is time I put it to use again and show others in the best way I can to make it a fun time for all. My real life experiences alongside time in game have shown to be a valuable asset to the server and I know that with time my contributions will not only benefit the server but, will also maybe encourage others to apply for staff. My favorite memories have been growing closer to those of us in the community and keeping in touch over the years. Well this was an easy one to support. Zoe has been very active within the community and lately had been seen pointing out several concerns. Zoe definitely wants what’s best for the community and has shown to not only take the necessary steps to be known but also be a positive role model to other users. Without a doubt I know Zoe will become a great asset to the server and I’m looking forward to seeing them progress through the ranks. +1

The concept is awesome honestly, like I really think that sounds great but it’s not exactly what I would consider to be a thing we’d want to constantly explain in sits about. It’ll only become a nuisance with kids claiming RDM and what not. They already do with hitman and assassin classes believe it or not. So I’d say yes I like it but for this game mode I don’t think it’s something that would be wise to add. And for those reasons -1

I am struggling with knowing what exactly to say about this because I know you more from the staff discord rather than in game. The things I’ve read about why you were demoted in the first place and the fact that you were being toxic towards others on the staff team. Also I fully agree with @Ghostieeein that old habits do die hard, meaning there’s not been in what I see a significant amount of time in between time away from staff to rebuild who you are wanting to be. -1

Honestly just ask for help. I know for myself if someone clearly isn’t sure what to do or is in need of help I’ll always offer it. I want the game to be enjoyable for all and when newer players get discouraged by assholes who mock them by saying things it’s pretty shitty. Gotta remember where we all started from too.

Very respectful towards all that he encounters and is willing to share knowledge of how the game mode runs with new players is more than enough reason to give him the +1. I fully trust and know that you have nothing but the best interests of the community as a whole as well. Good luck and hope to see you excel with this role.

Honestly nothing about your app stands out. You basically thanked people for doing their job and said you are active. Nothing wrong with those things but what does that have to do with what you’ll bring to the table? When did you get the three warns, with as little hours as you have that’s definitely not a good sign as well. -1

Keep us informed with how things are going. I truly appreciate you man and I pray that things will get better for you, you definitely deserve it. You’re doing the absolute right thing by making your personal life the priority because at the end of the day we can’t let a video game dictate who we are. You’ve got a lot to fix which has been stated already so I won’t waste my time with putting it. When looking at these apps I think to myself is this going to be someone I see as someone who will push themselves into becoming senior staff members one day or just somebody who plays and knows the rules well. For you unfortunately I don’t see either, the lack of effort put into your application shows that you are putting the effort to wow anyone nor are you somebody who can be a face that everyone will be able to recognize as a leader among the community. For those reasons I don’t think you are ready for this position. -1
