To echo off @GrosCave, who pretty much summed it all up already, you’ve repeated the same intent as to why you are wanting to be staff throughout the first paragraph. While yes trolls are definitely an annoying aspect of the game but what about you shows anyone what you’ll do differently or bring to the table as a staff member? You literally are just hitting on what’s going to be expected of any prospective staff member. There’s so much more to the role than handling trolls, tell us how you will handle tough situations, how you have you used past experiences to better the community, any skills you can offer that might be lacking currently, etc. I just don’t think you are ready for that yet man. -1

You honestly seem like you are a good kid and want what’s best for the server. I like that you don’t want to over exaggerate the amount of time you are wanting to put into the server, so often you see applicants say ohh I’ll always be on when in reality it doesn’t happen. So I know it’s been awhile since I’ve even been in game but I am still active within the staff discord so I figured I’d give my input. First off I have always had a pretty good relationship with you and personally never had any bad experiences with you as well. From the things I’ve seen of others I can’t give you my support in this, it is honestly super alarming to know some of them. I wish I could say job well done and that I trust you to make the right decisions but I simply can’t. -1

Praying for the family of gamma and all those who knew them. I’ve had my moments of my life where I thought the best way was to end it. It takes the love of one another and support unconditionally to see the brighter side of things. If anyone ever needs to have someone listen I am always a message away and can give you my personal number. Suicide is never the answer, get the help that is out there and things will get better I promise.

Not sure what format you followed because yeah you filled in the spots with correct information but you shuffled them around. To me the little attention to detail goes a long way. Things that might seem small like this might not seem like much but they do matter. You say you can handle the stressful situations which is something kind of expected for any staff member. The best thing you can do is make sound reasoning and logical decision making when it comes to handing out whatever disciplinary actions. Just stay unbiased and only use sound evidence for everything. That means if you have to ban your friend, you do it. As far as how I feel about your application, It’s not awful by any means just take the time to really look at everyone’s feedback and make sure you really want this. I’m leaning more neutral due to the generic responses and the fact that you didn’t follow the format exactly.

I’ve met you few times in game and haven’t ever really seen anything’s that would make me think twice about your abilities. You are also willing to make relationships with just about anyone who will lend an ear. I can see you doing well with explaining the processes and that you wouldn’t hold any biases towards others. Few things to consider: when asked for two paragraphs make sure that what you put is the “sauce” of your app. Meaning what is going to make us want you to be staff and keep us satisfied with your adding to the team which we will call the “meat” for this example. why are you putting MDT when in your availability you changed it to EST? Just stick with your local time zone. explain your responsibilities you had with icefuse so that way we know the depth of your strengths and weaknesses im not the most harsh person when it comes to staff apps anymore because I’m no longer staff myself but do have an idea of what’s being looked for. I wish you the best and hope to see you around. For now I will have to remain neutral because from what I’ve seen your app is just okay.
