+1 Kinda I know Rob and I've seen him around garnet for a while. He has been one of the more active players around garnet but their are some flaws. I still believe their is potential. First of all: He isn't in Green Beret. Not to say that matters. But he has gotten referals from the GB staff because they know him best. I believe he's fit the staff team but some things he needs to work on: Maturity, and Activeness. Maturity: I've seen him a lot of the times just full on dick around in Team Speak. This isn't to say I've not done this, but it's kinda getting excessive. Activeness: He sometimes after wars just up and leaves. Disappearing because he doesn't want to stick around. I've done this when in SSO and New GRU because I was getting bored of the server altogether. But I think you should stay on more to invest more time to peacetime stuff. All in all I think if he works on his maturity and being active he'd been a great addition to the staff team.

+1 You have been a friend for a very long time, and a big influence to my actions on MRP. You were one of the reason i stayed. +1 you will fit the staff team.

I don't disagree with this. But why do you say the rules do not matter? Does that mean anyone could get banned and unbanned because the rules don't mean anything anymore?

The Intent To Mass Rule isn't a thing. Look in Garrys Mod MRP Administration then look at Updated rules. That rule was never implemented. This basically means the Intent to mass part was a bad call.

Okay. One thing about this thing is: He wasn't toxic on SWRP, he didn't MassRDM, and he wasn't hacking. HE ALREADY PROVED HIMSELF. Xploding has changed, why can't you see that. The Rules of SWRP are practicaly the same of MRP as well. Garnet Said, "Actions Speak louder than Words" This is an example of what garnet said. What about Topshot? (No disrespect to you @Topshot1) Why did you guys accept his ban appeal? In fact why did you guys accept any ban appeals that had people hacking? I could've -1'ed a bunch of appeals that had people said they hacked on the server. AND THEY GOT ACCEPTED. I will move to your side when I have a good explaination to this. Not trying to be toxic but I just need a valid explaination.

I don't disagree with you. I had a mindset that If Xploding Appeals for a ban I would def -1. But I changed my mind. This is true. One, because he told me. I remember that Xploding was banned Twice. But guys. ITS A JUST A GAME, LIKE SERIOUSLY PPL HAVE BEEN UNBANNED LIKE 50 TIMES. Man, this is why I try not be toxic. Because we are just playing a video game. If you'd pay attention in TS, he has mature a lot. This kind of a shitpost man. Everyone deserves a second chance. And he didn't spend his second chance yet. Maybe you should rethink this post. Also, this was my mindset when he came back so I get it, but change can happen, and he made a change.

+1 | he has matured a lot since his ban, I think if he came back it would do any harm. I've been chatting with him over discord and he's really been thinking about this decision for a long time. Actions have consequences. And he knows that. But what good does a concequence do if it never gets resolved? He had learned from his past self and that is enough for me. Xploding I look forward to seeing you on MRP. That is, if this gets accepted.
