  1. Bro you are NOT ready for what I've been cooking up
  2. For @Garnet, only utilizing assets already on the server. Ignore the bit about OMRP (for now). 3. Very well said Vizii, good to see this kind of professionalism from an applicant. Being able to take criticism, understand and evaluate a situation, and take responsibility for the players you're in charge of is 100% what the community should look for in potential staff members. Good shit. +1, and take my referral too.
  4. It's very difficult for me to see something like this go up on the public forums and not say to myself 'This is what a role model is supposed to look like?'
  5. Despite being the resident shitposter here on the forums, Swigs has some incredibly valuable experience when it comes to squad-based interactions, leadership, and roleplay based around tech and medicine. Including somebody like Swigs is how you take your roleplay to the next level, and really introduce some complicated scenarios that can only be dealt with by an elite entity like Delta Squad. 100% the man for the job. +1
  6. Alright let's break this down. This is a pretty clear indicator that if you don't get what you want, you're going to jump ship, which is a very sub par level of commitment that the management team would expect from the Commanders. I would love to see your source on this. What the fuck is this bullshit? what wha w h a t Okay yeah, I'm just gonna stop here. This is app is a fucking travesty. I don't know how you expect to be handed one of the most sought after positions on the server by putting up this fucking shitshow. Grammar issues at every corner, a training manual that doesn't exist, a fucking google form (????), and a loose and piss poor misrepresentation of what ARC is and what it stands for in the context of the server. What part of Advanced Recon Commando stands for hostage rescue? Get this shit out of here. -1
  7. Bishop and I go way back. From MRP, to SS13, to FO:RP, to all the bullshit in between. This is a guy who understands roleplay, knows how to have fun, and knows how to hunker down and really commit to something. I don't think I really need to convince anybody that Bishop is capable at being in charge, so I'll leave it at that. +1
  8. Not in a million years did I ever even think that I would ever be back here with this sorry bastard, yet here I am. Been three years since I joined this community, here's to a few more.

    Corrupt-A-Wish

your gmod doesn't lag BUT you can only play furryRP I wish I had more guns
  10. Right, but not a bloody MP40. That and nerve gas might send the wrong message.
  11. Some changes I would make: MP40 > Honeybadger (remove broken ACOG) 10%+ Speed > 5%+ Other than that, cool suggestion.
  12. The first problem I immediately have with this application is your status as an active faction leader. FLs are ridiculously important to the health, functionality, and entertainment value of both servers, as one cannot exist without the other, and the other in the previous case is made up entirely of factions. Being a creative mind within the server is not cause enough to be a GM, as the position of FL is far more important to me and to the server in general. That being said, having an FL on the inside as a GMA (Which, with your position, you pretty much already are) would ruin your role in the events pertaining to the ability to lead, adapt, and work with your faction members to overcome a situation relevant to an event, either giving your faction an unfair advantage in the scoring system or making the event seem more scripted than it already is. For future reference, I don't want any faction leaders (AFSOC is an exception, due to role as support faction) applying for GMA, as the former role is significantly more important to the health and consistency of the community. These types of events can and should be done on the main server. See below. This is about to no longer be the case, as Garnet informed me yesterday in order for proactive community members to work with aspiring GMAs to create events on the main server as well. The event server is strictly for RP events, event-related training, and piloting. As for your RP events, all five happen to already be on my list of Side-Ops, and most can actually be run on the main server, with or without Staff/GM intervention. Anyways, These next two points sum up my feelings about this application. DENIED @Garnet Move & Lock.
  13. The risk players face, other than looking and feeling like idiots when they fuck up, is damaging their factions average score on the leaderboard, which will become an important quantitative indicator of overall faction health in the future. Chain of Command is incredibly important in events. Some factions are used to respecting it, some aren't when they should be. Being able to take and follow orders is an important part of an event happening properly from an RP perspective. If I, as an event rank outclassing any other, give an order that is not followed regardless of it's importance to the structure of the event, the event goes sour. So, as I'm sure you've read, in Gythem's application I pointed out which event of his aligns closest with the type of events we're trying to create as the GM team. In your case, this is that type of event. Where the first four listed events are more akin to what we call Side-Ops, the fifth is the type of setup, detail, and length one could expect for a Narrative-Driven event. When it comes to achieving the rank of GM after your time as a GMA and you start formulating and running events as the GM in charge, you will basically have full creative freedom to create what you want. Map selection, faction selection, and every other contextual piece will be up to you as the GM. Getting creative with that is an important piece of the puzzle. Good app, wouldn't expect anything less from you, Homast. Be on later. ACCEPTED @Garnet Move & lock.
  14. That's what the appeal is for baby. There's like 6 different shots where you straight up just knock dudes out of render. Start there.
  15. Right on the money. Cooperation as part of a GM team is incredibly important, as the fluidity and functionality of the team is directly proportional to the quality of the events. Working with myself, other GMs, the administration team, faction leaders, and the general populace are all equally important to ensuring a high standard of RP on both servers. Funny that you and Homast mention this, as I've already written the narratives of the first season for both US & RU. Events are split into two categories. 'Side-Ops', which are open-ended single faction missions with only a few stages, and Narrative-Driven events, which will push a documented plot based on the outcome of the event. The outcome in each event should and will be premeditated so we, as the GM team, can plan further ahead and ensure a desirable outcome. As much as I like historical events, the only way we'll be basing events after actually occurrences is for simply context (Locations, Aux factions, etc). Of all your event ideas, this is the type you should focus on developing the most, as it focuses around a real niche of a faction and extrapolates it into an RP event. Unconventional Warfare is a staple of the Green Beret, and as such their role in events should be focused around it in a way. This type of event is exactly what we're looking for. All in all, impressive application, expert analysis of the role you're applying for, and a good comprehension of what steps can be taken to improve the quality of RP on both servers. ACCEPTED @Garnet Move & Lock pls. I'll get you trained here in a bit.

But wait, there's more! https://i.imgur.com/4L5oXlY.mp4 Take a look at this obvious aimbot and recoil control. Anyways, I have a few more clips like usual but it's mostly just recoil control garbage so I'll save that for when staff need it. Pretty sure Virtual and skrt use the same shit, so comparing this to skrt's doesn't surprise me at all.
