+1: I think it's time to add a new class and this could be a good addition, although I don't think the crowbar is a good item for the raiding class, it would be useless.

Neutral almost a +1, I have seen you in-game for some time now in different situations, and I think you are a mature person and a decent member of the community. I have no idea how good of a staff you would be, reading your application I agree with some replies: You need to work more in your paragraphs and in your playtime.

Let's give it a try: I would spend half in some guns and I would give the other half to random people who want something off the store

Since the delivery job was added, there have been no rules for it, it is obviously confusing when you play with this job because you cannot know what you can do and what you cannot do (like counter, base), staff must add the rules as soon as possible.
