In-game Name: 11B PVT JackFaction You're Applying For: GBRank Achieved: GA What did you do in the past to deserve reserves?: I believe what I accomplished to have reserves was my great leadership ability in GB. I was leading both the base faction and special forces at the same time, maintaining an active roster for both respectively. GB was a fairly well respected faction under my command with a steady amount of players to keep it alive. The faction was very well kept and did see a lot of beneficial changes once I stepped into the position. The activity was doubled, the interest of players wanting to join was very high, we were hard to play against in war (it mattered at the time), and we also tried our best to be involved in as much as we good to not be a "solo faction". GB was also one of the most active and well kept entry factions out of all 6 at the time. During this time as well, I was very well known in the community. Many of the players knew who I was and did respect what I had going for my faction. I tried my best to be helpful to others who needed the advice, and made many strides to keep the US held together with the help of the other leaders. Despite conflict with some factions mainly being Afghan and it's entirety, many of those people I ended up being decent friends with and again was at least given credit to holding together the faction for a long time and better than anyone has since. To this day, many of the players still remember the leadership I gave to the faction (about 3 or so years ago now). My leadership is still used as an example in many problems brought up today too, so I believe that the impact I had definitely is a reason to why I deserve a reserved spot.What will you do moving forward to have a positive impact on the faction?: Considering the faction is currently closed off, there isn't really a large impact I can have. There isn't a chain of command or anything so it's practically just having the reserved rank for an empty faction. However, given time when the faction is potentially brought out of the vault I believe I'll be able to assist whoever is given leadership to the faction. Although it has been a few years, there is still a large amount of information and documents cluttered in my folders which could prove to be very useful to helping the faction get a better start this time, and hopefully end the cycle of poor leadership the faction has gone through since 2018. Much of this information could be used for tryouts, helping with maintaining player attitude in the faction, bringing back an attraction for players to join, and overall information that can be utilized to help understand how much and how little effort and what not you need to put forth into running it properly.

in all honesty what i hate is we keep asking what we can do to change and there's 11 pages of accepted suggestions, 2 pages of in progress. that's a start to what we can change

I agree the average player just simply does not care for a pre determined rp scenario let alone have the knowledge of the server to complete said rp scenario, but say " hey were doing a tournament fight, were playing chess, or whatever" and people will come, I think stuff like this should be less frowned upon. because at the end of the day the goal for the server is fun, if it achieves it, i see no problem

better gun play, the gun play has had the same meta since ive joined and even through that, it just doesn't feel very good... I think variety and more satisfying gun play would go a long way! as far as the server, I think adding once again variety in everything, jobs, missions, rp, gunplay, player customization, attachments, vehicles, actual guns, weapon skins, classes, idk just overall a update with variety and a an unlock system to go with all that would be cool honestly I really dislike my 3 slot, i have 17 knives
