[minimum 2 paragraphs] I believe that I should be chosen as a staff member to Garnet Gaming server because, I love helping the community, in Garry's Mod and in real life. I feel as though accepting me to become part of the staff team will help out the community and the staff, because I know the server can be hectic at times, and I feel as though with my presence it'll help not only the community but the staff not to feel as stressed. I am able to see from many viewpoints because I am trained with my philosophy classes to understand many meanings, but I also follow the rules and respect the rules and do not question them. I know how to interact with the community and make them feel as if they are welcome here on the Garent Gaming DarkRP Server. I always take time to help a new comer to the server and help them with any questions that they have. With my background in Administration of Justice I know how to abide by the rules, and can also stay calm when put in very stressful situations. I am able to explain in a way to people on how rule/laws work, so on Garnet Gaming if someone doesn't abide by the rules I will respectfully explain to them how/when they broke the rules, and tell them if banned that they may appeal their ban if they decide their ban was in the wrong. I seen how hectic the server gets towards night time, and I am usually on a that time and I know I would be able to help out the server and the staff during that time. I understand that this is a stressful job at times but I am ready to put in a lot of time with helping the community on Garnet Gaming. Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details I have never been banned or punished. Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: No I have not. How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I can usually contribute 3 hours minimum a day to my role, and I am usually on daily. If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod? My main hobby would be horseback riding, I go every single week and you have to be patient when working with a 1000+ pound animals. I also love to draw animals a lot. I work with the my community/city with the Park and Recreational attributes of my city. I love to play the piano, I self taught myself. I am currently enrolled in Community College, going for a degree in Philosophy. I work with my Police Force in my City and the Police Force and SWAT Team with the city over from me. I love hiking in forests, the trees always amaze me. I work with a non-profit Horse Ranch, for children with special needs, Veterans, Trauma victims and juveniles/felons. @ajbedhead this applies to your comment as well. Given I am not staff anymore but even I have seen him online and I only get on less then 3 hour a week. And all fairness being well know in the community is not a requirement for a staff app. Even though play count is low he sits with 0 warns if a player wasn't interested in the server he wouldn't have almost 74 proper non minge hours. I say give him a chance if any issues arise then he won't promote by his own conduct. +1 for me He meets all the requirements and if he can actually contribute 5 -7 to staff nightly then I don't see a reason why he can't be staff especially considering he clearly isn't here to minge since he has no warns. however @Zayne_86 I would like to see more added to the paragraphs.

@PastorGoodBoyTan No staff keep record on when they ALMOST warn someone for diss in sit or shooting someone on the street and running off and all of the warns you have received for those are cleared already. Your actions showed me what kind of person you are and it's up to each person in the community to decide if they think you should be staff. If they have other opinions on you then they can feel free to +1 you. If this was a post to convince other staff then I would be happy to go though almost 100 hours of recording to find ever time I have seen you break the rules, cut them down and make a montage, but that not my intent for this post.

I have seen the way you act in game and I can't say I approve. You act very inappropriately. There has been plenty of times I almost warned you for diss in sit and if you cant handle yourself in a sit you make or you get reported in then I don't think you can handle leading a sit. -1

-1 I don't think anyone who gets perma banned should be able to just come back after 2 months, apologize and get unbanned. It happens way too much as it is. Maybe after a significant time, but 2 months it's long enough to negate a perma ban just because you apologized.

False warrant is special because the police are REQUIRED to have proof if asked. This is the only case where innocent until proven guilty doesnt apply and is reflected in the rules. If you do not give them a reason to raid then there should be no reason for the ram to change. Tips: 1way props exist to help builders and in this case works the best. Hide printers not in the main room where your fade doors are to prevent anyone from just walking in and seeing them. Be careful who you let in the party or base. have an airlock on your fast doors with a toggled button to kill anyone who does in before they get in the base. Hope these helped.

@MeLikeFood You have to remember the reason we have the cool down is because people would spam the chats of the peoples printers they took. If we implemented this then you could simple take from one go to the second take from that then move back to the first again. Rinse and repeat. That would effectively do the same as spamming it like it used to. That's also the reason we can't really change it to 5 sec if one person takes from the first printer and has take from the other 7.5 sec later you effectively made a way to spam it every 2.5 sec. Take from first 2.5 sec later the 2nd would be ready and take from that. 2.5 sec after that the 1st is ready again. Of course these situations are implying that you have both their printers Am I in the ballpark @Garnet?

I recall talking to you about this shin and I completely agree. It is too easy to put a kos on a random building and kill someone saying "he was past my kos" even if the person took a screenshot of where they died if it was close to the base the person can just say I blasted him out of the door. Expectantly with the DB, Dlore, and the new Dragon. +1

Currently the grenades you buy from the black market dealers is a HL2 grenade and is not able to be equipped if a person is using a custom class with a medkit. And considering the price tag for just one of them and the fact that grenades are not available in the unbox anymore I think it would be better if they were edited or even replaced with the regular frag grenade you used to get in the unbox. There is also a small bug with the HL2 grenades where you can not equip them from your inventory. It reads as having it but with no ammo. When clicking as if throwing it and switching weapons it will gets rid of it in the scroll wheel. HL2 grenades can only be equipped by dropping them on the floor 1st. then picking it up. Understandably this might not be possible during a raid or if you are in a tight spot because you can get stuck on the grenade when it is dropped on the ground. I'm not a programmer or anything but having the frag grenades, that take up a different slot, might be able to fix the issue with them.

@cesar If you have been staff on a lot of servers then you should know how this works. I also don't remember seeing your name once and if you've been staff on a lot of other servers then what made you quit them and seek us out to staff on?

I have had very little interaction with you so I can't say much on your maturity or conduct, but based on your past offences and what Lancey is saying I don't have any reason to believe you have learned anything for your first ban of massnlr. I am going to -1 for now, but if I see your behaviors change or if I see you actively working for the rank then I will consider changing. Saying this theta is irrelevant. Getting RDMed doesn't validate him being a good player or person. No correlation at all. Also please refrain from telling other staff not to -1 this app. Staff are supposed to be impartial. As for my opinion. Your staff app. has some basic spelling mistakes but this will not apply to my overall opinion just something to look out for in the future. If this is true then you don't seem to show any type of respect or awareness for the staff responsibility. I don't think giving you these responsibility will help any in this instance. Maybe advertising wasn't the appropriate punishment but it's common knowledge that you don't post links in chat. "I have a good playtime to where I know the rules. . . " I don't have any reason to believe you changed. I have seen you on maybe a handful of times and I stay up pretty late most nights. Because of the way your words and actions contradict and Lynde's detailed first hand experiences with you I don't think you would make a good addition to the staff team. If I see you actively working to improve yourself or those in the server then I might change to a +1 -1

An officer is required to provide proof if asked for the reason they warranted a base. If the person can not provide it then they can be liable to any repercussions staff might give. @poodealer34 If you want to have this appeal looked at further I suggest you edit it in the format @The King of Rohan provided.

Me, @banwam, and @Hysteria raided you. between the time where bamwam killed you and when you disconnected we took your printers and stored it in my base. You went to my base when I was outside you adverted raid and killed me but was quickly killed by @DiegoZavier. You even said in OOC "Since T O X I N S has my printer I am just going to disconnect."

I have literally never heard of him or heard anyone ever talk about him except today.

@Beast I only asked because I saw you were a member of the Superior Server community on your steam profile.

I have a few questions. @Beast 1. If you were accepted before on the staff app on March 15th. Then why aren't you staff now? 2. Are you staffing or playing on any other servers?

Since there has been no evidence and Minx hasn't come forth with anything to justify his warn then it is a +1 for me and @Communist_Marshal we can't base a warn appeal on what you believed you saw in the past. Especially if what you thought you saw doesn't pertain to the current warn appeal. @Jalapeno Why did you wait until just now to make the warn appeal? You made it almost 6 days after it happened. It looks like the text book wait 1 week until the staff gets rid of the recording/ screenshots and act like it was a random warn routine. Since Minx still didn't post anything as of yet it will remain a +1 until he provides something.

May I recommend closing this. It's clear by what communist is saying and by the way he is putting cringe on everyone post he disagrees with that he is not ready to be staff. @proggy

I think Duck is trying to say that with these post you are trying generalize how you got warned. I don't think saying things like I guess the server doesnt like this and god forbid you raid someone is not the right approach to take when you are applying for staff. If it is a wrongful warn then you should just make the warn appeal instead of trying to joke about the issue.
