@Zach-DLC Also, unless he's missing an important piece of evidence, this is quite the unjustified ban. I looked at most importantly the last screenshot which clearly states Swagger calling mug, Drizzy calling counter, and a clean fight, in which Drizzy lost. But, the fact that he lost doesn't matter, it's the fact that there is hard evidence of Drizzy literally calling counter, and still getting groundlessly banned. I don't know if Zach was doing something important, if he was doing the ban for someone else or what, but this is not a justified ban, and it is honestly something all staff members should be doing. I hope during the next staff meeting, one of the higher ups can make it absolutely clear that you HAVE to check all evidence and not go on the grounds of "he is a first time offender, he must've done it the second time." My apologies if i came across as incompetent, or rude towards anyone. This is just my opinion, thank's for hearing me out. Wait, I just realized the fact that spin bot doesn't work like that. This is coming from a past CSGO HvHer, and I just want to clarify that spinbots are more like you are spinning to get all possible angles. Spinbot's use aimbot which is a whole different category. This evidence is basically inadmissible also, because what if he is a high sens player? Saying that he should be banned for this is quite idiotic in my opinion. That's all I have to say. I have no bias towards Ioms and Proggy, and to be quite honest I respect them for the actions of being able to ban someone they might have counted as a friend. That's considered ban evasion. Ban evasion is a serious topic, and it is not taken lightly, I understand that. The fact of the matter is that I swear on everything that is good to me, and I am pleading to be unbanned so I can keep on playing on this server. I have always tried my best to be a "law abiding citizen" on this server, and for the most part I believe I have been. Anyone who knows me closely would know that I would never do something like this intentionally, so I am basically pleading for you guys to take into consideration my mistake, and give me a second chance. I find it totally alright if you guys think that I should be permanently banned, but I hope you will see the real regret that I am trying to get across with this. I just find it grossly unjustified that I can be banned when I wasn't banned for a correct reason. Now, even though I may not have been banned for a correct reason, I understand that it is still ban evasion, and one of the worst crimes that I can possibly do. Let's take this into example of real court. For example, in real court if the evidence is not justified/obtained incorrectly it is inadmissible, and in my situation I find it quite inadmissible if I was banned for an incorrect reason.
