+1 You can clearly see him call raid in the video. While E33OR does shoot first, he does not land any actual shots till after he was damaged first. I think a warn for FailRP is fair.

-1 Your paragraphs to me still feel week and they don't really show me why your different from the next person that applies. I have also NEVER seen you in game. Making a name for yourself in the server is also a key thing when trying to become staff because if no one knows you or interacts with you how would we know how you really are/who you are you know? Neutral Your staff app is fine i don't have any issues with it aside from your paragraphs not really popping out to me and showing me how your different from everyone else. You did attempt to advertise your staff app on the server and while we did tell you that was not allowed its just not something that we can let slide. I think you're a great kid and i see you around on the server a lot so you do have potential. Good luck though!

Neutral is a valid response to a staff app as long as you provide evidence as to why you feel that way... so ????? anyway 1+ you seem like a good person and from all the experiences ive had with you in game were positive. you paragraphs were a bit short in my opinion but i think you make up for that in other areas. Agreed decisions are should be fair and non bias. Doesnt matter age/sex/player everyone should be punished the same. You admitted to throwing the grenade, It got other people caught in it, You gotta pay the price. Sorry buddy hopefully you learn from this.

Neutral You’re a great guy in game! The interactions i have had with you have always been positive ones but i also feel like i haven’t seen you around a lot if that makes sense. yeah it’s common sense as 99% of dark rp servers have this rule.

Yeah that's pretty much idea so that logs and the time at the top would sync. It just would make things a lot easier. Especially for screenshots and video cause and you exactly account for when and where somethings happened.
