+1 These are outdated and would make more sense for the pack to include the majority of the addons available. I've made a workshop collection on my own after seeing how out-of-date it was, but it sounds like this would be useful for MRP as well. Here's my unofficial updated DRP pack if you haven't seen it :

Good luck on the new job! Looking forward to hearing your updates about it during your LOA

Hello Garnet Gamers, this is a new series I'm going to start that is specifically useful to OLD and NEW players alike called [ShankNinja's Pro-Tips] I will be shamelessly linking all of my guides together with embeds and keeping them single-topic so that one can click into whichever guide(s) interest them the most and prevent a ginormous essay that is too intimidating to read. Today's Pro-Tip guide (like the last one) will focus on Console Commands. If you don't know how to open the console or how to use commands, binds, etc. please refer to this guide which explains all applicable sections in detail: If you have any questions regarding this guide or any of the guides I link, please respond in this thread to prevent getting a necroposting warn or something! Now, the Loadouts section: When I refer to a Loadout I am referring to a two-weapon quick-swappable set of weapons. Many Garnet Gamers only use 2-4 weapons in normal combat scenarios and the rest are for fun. Well, if your inventory looks like this, it might be hard to get to your trusty dragon lore... So, until we have toggle-able permas developed for the server, I'll show you what I've done to solve for this issue on my own. First: You will want to bind a 'lastinv' key to swap to your secondary in the loadout. The guide I have linked above explains it in more detail, but I'll just post the bind I use here. This command will swap to your last-equipped weapon, and is integral in making the loadout trick work: Now, lets get to actually creating the loadout(s) (expand the quote): Now that you know how loadouts work, here's some sample loadouts that I use (expand the quote): To wrap it all up: If I am holding a Pistol, and I press B, I will now be holding a Dragon Lore sniper. If I press F right afterwards, I'll swap to my Striker shotgun. Lastly, here's links to the unofficial addon pack I created, as well as links to my other guides, in case any interest you: If you need help creating a loadout, feel free to comment here, shoot me a forum PM, get ahold of me on Discord, or message me in-game! The next pro-tip guide will take a step back and look at the specifics behind how printers work etc., but it should still have something useful for everybody!

You must have been staff while I was gone, as I don't know you super well, but I don't think I've ever seen that many recommendations... And you got my man @Titan1 to refer you so I'm going to say +1 we need people that have experience as well and you seem very well fit to handle staffing. Hope to get to know you better on the team and good luck!

I think it comes down to this: 31.5k 1000x = 3100.5K (3.1mill) 10,000 full perk buys is 31.5mill. 31.5mill at 350K a credit = 90$ So if you spent 90$ of credits for ingame money you'd get 10,000 full sets of perks before you ran through it. I think I can say rather accurately that the average player is not going to buy 10,000 full sets of perks in a 2 years time. Even with over 1,400 hours I don't think I've bought perks even half that many times. If I played, every single day of an entire year (365 days) I would, on average, have to buy perks ~27.4 times every single day to spend that much. Possible? Yes. I could see somebody doing this. However, except for the people who have played for more than 2 years, I don't think anyone has even come close to that. As for the first point: We already have VIP classes that spawn with 100 armor. I could see a maybe 100$ addon to a Custom Class that is basically "spawns with their perks pre-purchased" selling out quite heavily if it couldn't work as a donator item (which it most likely could) This is a very opinion based suggestion and I think think this argument is pretty reasonable. You either do or don't think it's a good addition, and my only reasoning is that it would provide a bit of extra income to the server for (as I can perceive) no significant disadvantage. But this is one of those suggestions I could see being accepted and still not making it into the game due to there not being an immediate positive (besides the few hundred dollars it might earn in the first week) I'ma let this be my last post in here in case it gets chaotic and edit my thoughts into this one. I think the most convincing argument of all would be "this isn't necessary" because this is by definition one of the most unnecessary updates I've ever seen: but most Quality of Life updates are.

+1 Honestly I would pay a one-time fee to not have to worry about perks every life. I'd also love to have a one-time fee for the Prestige Perks but that might be a different suggestion. It's not like 31.5k every life is a huge cost. But the convenience of not having to hit up a vending machine every life would be worth money to me.

Expand this quote for the commands: For binding animations, please refer to AJ's guide which includes all of the console commands required to do so: Trying to bind Chat Commands? Here's a list of most of them (this is a 2019 list, though it's not important enough I've wanted to update it yet) If you can think of any other useful console commands that you have figured out, please post them in this thread and I'll add them into the guide! Next pro-tips guide will be: Loadouts; how to make them and use them Look forward to it next week! It's been released now!:

-1 this already is possible without an external website Type the following into console (don't hit enter): sbox_maxprops You will see it return a number. That's the current prop limit. this might be a bit if a pro tip though... I found this out on my own and haven't put it into a guide yet. So hopefully this info is helpful for you!

-1 This server tries to be as vanilla as possible and the printers are already powerful enough that bitcoin (which is just a more powerful printer) would be a negative overall. Second point: Casino is ran by Hobo's typically as they build in the street but as there are no rules against any other class doing this, one could theoretically run it inside of a building (though there are more cons than pros here which is why most just use hobo) Without going too deep into it, I don't see these being added mostly for the reasons above.

-1 As been said: VIP upgrade already exists in the fact that upgrades 8, 9, and 10 are only available to VIPs which is already a major upgrade over non-VIP. VIP does not need any further advantages in my opinion.

+1 There's no negative (it does the same exact damage as the Raging Bull, Remington 1858, SW Model 3 Russian, and the Colt Python which are all on the store already)

+1 glorb da goat Great app and I love that you are a restaurant manager - I think you'll be just fine on GG. Can't wait to see you on the team!

Neutral I'm not saying -1 because this has existed before where a knife was able to be permanently obtained from an expensive crate. I think adding a 10million crate or similar that is a more beefed-up version of the 1 mill crate wouldn't be a bad idea. Example List: RPG7, Matador, Nitroglycerine, Nerve Gas, Deployable Cracker, Sticky Grenade, Droppable Crowbar, a Perma Knife/vape/hat etc. (the nitroglycerine, deployable, and sticky grenade being the "you just wasted 10mill" items: and each of these are worth less than 10mill anyways) Then every few months the perma obtainable item gets rotated to something else. People are bringing valid points that this would "lose money" and while people could be buying credits etc. to obtain perma items already, I think the point is to increase player activity. If there is a very pricey crate with good items and a chance for a weak (but still cool) permanent item you could obtain, along with some good explosives and sought-after items, it would create a higher-tiered money sink that boosts the playercount and gives those with too much to spend something to waste their banks on. (the only reason this isn't a +1 is because the suggestion implies an unbox with a guaranteed perma for 30-50 million which I don't think is a good idea)

No, Xo nailed it on the head that you're only meant one response per thread. Adding irrelevant information, needlessly causing drama etc. like what is happening with Frank's application are already rules in themselves. Nothing needs to be changed in my opinion. -1

Understandable, have a nice week.

Description: I am suggesting that a new Police Officer class is added which gets the MetroCop model. This model already exists, and anyone who's played Half-Life 2 probably has more memory of the MetroCops than the Combine Soldiers as you interact more with the MetroCops and by the time Soldiers are out it's a nonstop gunfight. The 'Pick Up That Can' scene is legendary and the role that MetroCops play in the Half-Life universe is that of actual Police Officers (unlike the Combine Soldiers currently in use). Lastly, the MetroCop looks more neat and would add a touch of freshness to the CP. Reasoning: People would be more likely to use and roleplay as the new CP class. This would add another touch of spice to the newly updated jail/CP and would feel more like a police force rather than a military force. The increase of people playing as Civil Protection will bring about more roleplay opportunities. The last suggestion which was to add this playermodel to the existing Police Officer got +10 so it's clear that I'm not alone in wishing this was added to the server. Additional Information:
