In his defense for the SelfDMG, the new RPG-7, which replaced the Matador, has a higher damage radius I found out myself. Players need to learn the new safe zone for it. But because he is an RPG player shouldn't be your reason to downvote.

Commonly unknown however is consensual mass is still mass. Your best case is a reduction for non-malicious since you claim you didn't know that was a rule

-1 I do not think youre a good fit for staff. You've been called out by me and other RU officers for not being active and sitting out during wars. Being a part of the staff team means helping leading the server when it's asked of you and you barely lead 2GA when as you're floating around PPS which is when you need to start showing leadership capabilities.
